I'm fairly experienced in terms of practicing, but this class gave me a lot of new techniques and methods that I'm so excited to start utilizing! I honesty wish it was a 2 day course with how much content there is to cover. My reiki master has been James and I really appreciate and connect with his teaching. He has wonderful insight and answers our questions in a way that helps us grasp the material and come to our own understanding. He's also really good at keeping the class on track, cus there's just so much to talk about, which I appreciate. They are young, untrained and ill equipped to recognize what is going on right under their noses. Many of the office staff are equally as untrained and clueless. He spoke negatively about me directly to my partner and made unnecessary, inappropriate comments (including remarks about my emotions that felt dismissive rather than constructive). We only attended two sessions because the therapy was not helpful, supportive, or conducive to personal or relational growth. I have quite a long email but not complicated (my full name). I even spelled it out and from what I remember I don't think he repeated it to me. One week later and nothing was sent. I reached out again and spoke to a woman. She apologized said she would reach out to her team to get those consent forms over she also took down my email and did not confirm it. One week later again and nothing.
