I'm fairly experienced in terms of practicing, but this class gave me a lot of new techniques and methods that I'm so excited to start utilizing! I honesty wish it was a 2 day course with how much content there is to cover. My reiki master has been James and I really appreciate and connect with his teaching. He has wonderful insight and answers our questions in a way that helps us grasp the material and come to our own understanding. He's also really good at keeping the class on track, cus there's just so much to talk about, which I appreciate. It's such a welcoming and supportive environment and I do think that those seeking to explore reiki healing would get so much benefit from their reiki certification courses.

Rory was the most helpful and genuine soul. Without him I don't think we'd have gotten the answers and care we needed to get this far. If your friend or family member is in need of help for substance abuse and the deeper seeded issues that come along with it, this is the place to go to hands down. Sincerely, Bethany K. From TX.

Update: When I…read morethought it couldn't get worse... It baffles the mind how inept these people are. Again, court orders were not followed, rules were repeatedly broken (not just those set by the court, but FACES own rules as well) and my child was subjected to manipulation and interrogation by the NCP, because these monitors have no clue! They are young, untrained and ill equipped to recognize what is going on right under their noses. Many of the office staff are equally as untrained and clueless. And if you're a dad and the custodial parent....ohhhhhh, watch out. They are sympathetic to mothers, so be prepared for them to try and help the NCP moms.

We've been to therapy before where we would leave feeling even more angry and frustrated than when we came in, but with Luis it's completely different. We leave feeling heard, understood, and most importantly with actual solutions and tools we can use in our relationship. He doesn't just listen he helps us work through the problem and figure out how to move forward. We are so thankful for him and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for real support and guidance!

If anyone is considering this therapist, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. During a very…read moredifficult time in my marriage, my husband and I attended couples therapy with him, and the experience was disappointing and unprofessional. He spoke negatively about me directly to my partner and made unnecessary, inappropriate comments (including remarks about my emotions that felt dismissive rather than constructive). We only attended two sessions because the therapy was not helpful, supportive, or conducive to personal or relational growth. Instead of fostering understanding or healing, the sessions left me feeling judged and undermined. Overall, this was not a positive or productive experience.

I have quite a long email but not complicated (my full name). I even spelled it out and from what I remember I don't think he repeated it to me. One week later and nothing was sent. I reached out again and spoke to a woman. She apologized said she would reach out to her team to get those consent forms over she also took down my email and did not confirm it. One week later again and nothing. I was told virtual services would start in a few days which I was really looking forward to... but if this is the bad communication I have in store I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

She had no compassion and really didn't care what I had to say. And their reason was they cannot help me any longer due to " ethical reasons" if I can give this establishment a negative 10!! I would! * All positive reviews are from their personal family, friends and staff!!!! office staff and appointment setters are extremely on organized and inconsistent. There's no communication with anyone there and will not return your calls!! . Although they swear up and down "promise to return your call" THEY NEVER DO!!!!! Will not tell you they canceled your appointment or even apologize for not letting you know! I've been with them for several years off and on and they seem to just be getting worse! Which is such a shame because again the therapists are great! I was looking forward to speaking with my therapist on 5/5 as per the confirmation email I received from them. BUT didn't receive a call -so I called the office only to be told they're not sure what's going on and they " promise they will call me back" AGAIN!!! i'm going through so much with my mental health and they are adding more to my depression and anxiety. Instead of helping my mental illness they are adding to it. I'm now left in a deeper darker hole than what I started with because of their carelessness. These are our mental health you guys are messing with- and the lack of empathy is shocking and disgusting especially for a "Mental Health" facility. I'm literally holding on by a thread and staff is doing a great job severing my strings!! They really make me want to give up. they downright do not care about you or your well-being.

I reached out to this center looking for guidance in a very stressful life situation I knew I…read moreneeded professional help with. I had been to traditional psych therapies a few years ago. In fact, it was 3 years of therapy that, looking back, really on helped me in the first month to deal with the initial reason for seeking help. I which I would have known about Self Help back then and probably would've saved years of therapy that was going no where. From my very first session with Nancy, I felt there was real progress. I got insight to my learned behavior from past experiences and how that affected my reaction/connection to the world around me. Both my internal and external reactions continued to shape the present experiences that caused continued fear and guilt that was paralyzing. I wasn't myself. But with Nancy's guidance, I learned more about my internal processes and that understanding empowered me. Through each session and "homework assignments" I gained new confidence and regained control to bring about a positive behavior change that allows me to enjoy myself again. I also brought my adult son and my husband to these sessions and it has helped them as well. Also, although these sessions were not covered by my PPO insurance I was able to get reimbursed through my Healthcare spending account which is a huge plus. They are very punctual, professional, and responsive. Though sometimes they don't answer the phone right away, they usually respond within the hour when I leave a message. They are very clear about their no show policy at the first visit. They are respectful of your time and they expect respect for theirs as well. I've been to over a dozen sessions and never waited more than 5minutes for my appt. I've had to reschedule twice and never got charged a no show fee because I notified them at least 24hrs in advance. It is a professional practice for excellent self help therapy.

No one answered, but I got a call at 6:11 saying I could still come if I arrived by 6:30. I never got a call back not even the day after. This place is extremely unprofessional & clearly does not care about their clients, just the money. A simple message saying they couldn't see me would've gone a long way. I was left alone and emotionally distressed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
