No receptionist and only one other patient waiting. 20 minutes go by and no one has even came to the front desk to check if anyone has came in. I say "Hello" and no one answers. The patient waiting says it's been like that since she got here which was at 3:30 pm and it's 4:10pm now, a 40 minute wait with no front desk knowing you're even there. So ridiculous! Immediately left and called to cancel but no answer. They call me at 4:18pm asking if I would like to cancel and I explained to them what happened. They said the front desk was at lunch?! At 4pm? And the only other person there didn't hear because they had earphones on...how is this a professional business? Horrible first time visit and won't come back again. I'm a college student that took time off work to come here and it was nothing but a waste of time. Find a different place with better service!

I hate going to the dentist, the optometrist, anything medical I suppose, but here I feel totally at ease. Dr. Deshmukh is really good about making you feel comfortable, listening to you, and addressing any problems or questions you may have. I have never had to wait for more than 10 minutes to be seen and I have actually never had to make an appointment. Every time I call Adriana asks me "can you come in now?" and I just drive over and get right in. The few times when I've been too sick to drive over, she's called prescriptions in to my pharmacy for me. Any time I need a referral to a specialist, they've done such an excellent job at referring me to someone really good and getting it through my insurance super quick! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

There is no ability to leave a V/M message at the listed offices in which no one ever answers, and the emailed bill has no information nor amount, does not have an access code to pay the bill, which only comes via a paper bill, that we have never received, so no ability to access the billing portal, and, the billing company also has no live contact, with a recorded message to contact the Doctor with any billing questions. This has been ongoing for MONTHS. Responding to the email sent, gets an automated return response stating that the email is not monitored, and not to respond to the email by answering, but no warning prior to sending the email is noted. Apparently this has been ongoing for some time now with multiple similar other patients.

I love how the staff treats me, too. I don't have to wait like an hour or two like in other offices. Everything must be by appointment, very fast, and professional. I love how Dr. Tran did a general check-up on me, even though I was only there for my dermatology problem. Dr. Tran is very gentle and patient. I would love to have my mom go here. Overall, 10/10!

Both are very friendly, informative, patient , and have an excellent "bed side manner". I was having so many issues with getting an extension from my GP so I thought I'd reach out to this office for help. They were on it and SO helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. I really appreciate their effort and aid which my GP office wasn't willing to do. When I was here last, they were running a bit behind, I had another Dr. appt to get to. The other doctor stepped in and saw me quickly . Even though it was a very quick appt , lots of questions were asked by the doctor and I got a lot of useful information.
