He had me walk few steps back and forth and said that he thought my right leg is a bit shorter. I went and got an X-ray done where they measure your legs and he was right my leg was shorter. For that I had to buy some inserts for my shoe and felt much more balanced. I had an ankle surgery due to three broken bones 15 years earlier where they planted two plates and at least 10 screws I was told and that caused my leg to be shorter. Ultimately it caused my spine to develop a slight scoliosis which effected my vertebrae to be misaligned and cause pain. I'm currently on prolotherapy and Osteopathic manipulative treatment, also doing some exercise at home and no longer taking pain killers. Dr Rutledge has made my life so much better. He is a very talented doctor and a great human being. Always kind and very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

She has a really calming presence and kept making sure I wasn't in too much pain. Initially I was starting to doubt osteopathy but felt better after a couple of days. I had to come back a couple of times for months because my back wasn't healing properly. The great thing about Junella is that she knows when to make a referral. After a few visits she recommended prolotherapy due to my busy schedule and slow healing time. I don't think many doctors are as well-informed as she is in terms of different options. After 8 months of feeling like I was never going to get better, I am now working out again and totally keeping Dr. Chin as a part my health care team.

Please provide immediate confirmation of: 1) the date Dr. Faraj left the practice, 2) how patients are being notified and transitioned. 3) how to obtain medical records and ongoing care without interruption. 4) clear explanation of changes within the practice that affect patients in any way. Came today for a consultation and left leaving with excruciating pain…read more Payed $250 prior to visit, since you can't be seen until payment is made. Seen doctor an explain my problem. Doctor was pleasant and informed me that medical assistant would assist me. I have seen many doctors and assistants before and never had experience this. The MA asked the same question over 5xs and was alarming since I wrote down everything on paper of the issue. She had me lay down and started bending, twisting, adding pressure with both hands on my legs to extend that I kept insisting that it was painful and still continued. She even stood on top of the stool to put pressure on my bad ankle and her body was over me. I got up quickly and notified her what she was doing was painful and hurting me. Not once have I've been to a doctor's office and they continue to work on body part that's causing problems. This was shocking and there's no way I would be able to tolerate more pain. I jumped out of the table in shock of the pain I was in and walked out. I left called my fiancee crying on the magnitude of pain that was inflicted on me. I let her know it's wrong to continue with the movements she was doing. Her response was that she had to do her job. If this was a license professional, they would know how to work around injured area. Now my ankle is swollen and is upsetting that I payed $250 to get hurt. I don't recommend this place. Even if you're desperate learn from my mistake. At times you're better off seeing doctors that are covered by insurance. I came out of desperation and regret it. From the moment I stepped foot in the office I felt very welcome, and each interaction with Dr. Z and the staff was great. The office itself is very nice, clean, with state of the art equipment. Wifi also worked great. I was impressed. The interaction with Dr. Zaffarkhan was great, he was very patient, he reviewed my MRIs, explained everything so well. He dummied it down for me so I can understand and much better than any other prior doctors. After that, we went into the operating room for the shot. I've had the shot done before, and Dr. Z was very diligent, and wanted to make sure that he hits the right area. Because he was so diligent to review it all before hand, and took his time, I believe he was able to give me the most relief. I am very impressed with the whole operation, and will definitely come back again if I am in need (hopefully not too soon) I highly recommend this office, and appreciate everyone there.
