Recently, I started having issues with my thumb and was diagnosed with trigger finger. The only reason I initially went to another doctor was because I didn't know that Dr. Heyrani treated trigger finger. Had I known, I would have gone to him from the beginning. The other doctor recommended surgery and wanted to schedule it for the very next day. I was also told that I would basically have no downtime. I was hesitant about the information I was given, so I decided to contact Dr. Heyrani's office. When they confirmed that he does treat trigger finger, I immediately scheduled an appointment with him. I explained my experience to Dr. Heyrani, and he took the time to go over my condition and ALL of my options. He explained that if I choose to proceed with surgery, I should expect about two weeks of downtime, which sounded much more realistic to me. For now, I decided to go with a steroid injection to hopefully give me some relief for the next few months. If I do need surgery, I already know I will be returning to Dr. Heyrani. What I appreciate most about Dr. Heyrani is that he is informative, HONEST, and gives you different options instead of making you feel like surgery is your only choice. I really value a doctor who takes the time to explain everything and allows you to make an informed decision about your care. I have been a patient of Dr. Kimball's since December 2024 for a knee injury that he did 2 surgeries and multiple injections on. The front desk is friendly and helpful, the back office was incredibly helpful dealing with my insurance denials and scheduling. Dr. Kimball himself is one of my favorite doctors I've ever been treated by. He is very calm and friendly which was always helpful for my anxiety. He is empathetic and was very sweet during the few times I couldn't help but cry to him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and confident and answers questions patiently. His work on my knee was everything I could have dreamt it to be and he managed to fix my injury and make it feel as though it almost never happened! I am 27 years old and was very worried I would be held back for the rest of my life by a bad knee but Dr. Kimball has made me hopeful that once I am fully recovered I will be able to do anything I could do before. The only reason I don't give a 5 star review is because you'll probably never get into your appointment at your scheduled time. It regularly takes 20-30 minutes past my appointment to be seated in a room and a few times it has been almost an hour. BUT I don't mind too much because I am always given as much time as I need during my visit and my visits have never felt rushed. That allows for the quality of care that I appreciate so much and I would hope that every patient gets the time and attention they need.

Their bedside manner was fantastic. Typically, if you have to go through physical therapy at this location for a few weeks at a time, you'll encounterdifferent physical therapists from their team. They all coordinate and take turns helping different patients. No matter who is helping you through your physical therapy you will be in exquisite hands. By the end of your treatment, you'll be happy to be rehabilitated, but sad to leave behind this wonderful team. A word of caution : sometimes there's high patient traffic and you might end up doing exercises in your own little corner, but in a large room shared by others. As a Licensed Professional in the mental health field I can assure you that these yelp comments matter. Anything less than a 5.0 is personality based. Dr. Richter is in fact a miracle worker who uses his gift of healing to change the lives of those that he touches. In fact, when I went to him in 2024 for a severely degenerated C-spine with arm and hand pain and weakness, tingling, and neck instability- I did so as a last stitch effort to avoid having a "mandatory and urgent" neck surgery" -world renowned double board certified neurosurgeon at HOAG . The neurosurgeon (who we shall not name) said "absolutely not- do not let a chiropractor touch you- could be paralyzed."I didn't listen. I trusted God. Thank God I did. Between the treatment of manipulation, decompression, and red light therapy not only did the symptoms stop but the structure of my spine changed. When I went back to the surgeon for a follow up mri that Dr. said "what are you doing because this mri looks much better ". I told him that i did end up going to see Dr. Richter; not just any chiro but the dr who I sit back and watch patient after patient leave in absolute gratitude for the treatment that he provided which led to healing . The Dr whose office is led by a family who makes every patient feel like they too are a part. I will say that I I did get all the way better. But because I know age comes with structural changes I decided to buy a treatment package just in case I needed to return. Of course, age and life has done just that and so I returned today. Once again, it was like I was family. My pain was serious to them and Dr. welcomed me ready to help. Praise God for medicine that doesn't kill us. Praise God for Drs who are honest and transparent, who won't promise anything but are with you every step of the healing journey. And here's the truth- when you see any dr you don't know if they can help.. you go with hope and they give you what they have.
