The facility was clean and organized. The staff were very knowledgeable and excelled in their performance. The individual who handles the scheduling and calls is also equally kind and professional. Their bedside manner was fantastic. Typically, if you have to go through physical therapy at this location for a few weeks at a time, you'll encounterdifferent physical therapists from their team. They all coordinate and take turns helping different patients. No matter who is helping you through your physical therapy you will be in exquisite hands. By the end of your treatment, you'll be happy to be rehabilitated, but sad to leave behind this wonderful team. A word of caution : sometimes there's high patient traffic and you might end up doing exercises in your own little corner, but in a large room shared by others. It's not a problem for me personally but it's something you should expect.

The overall cost of the treatment was $800+ with me having to pay a little more than half of it. I've started being serviced since late July and now nearing the end of October. Nothing has changed with the pain I'm having. I have no complaints but merely concerns about non-transparent (or deceptive) practices. What makes me give this a 3 star instead of a 4 or 5 star was the billing department. During the call to pay my bill, I mentioned to the billing department I didn't know where my bill was, therefore I might have lost it. Then the person immediately quotes me for a higher price of ~$300 than what was billed and she was ready to take my payment. After I told her I found the bill, she proceeds to change the price to ~$200. She then tries to cover up the price inflation as a system issue... as if the price was memoized/cached under the architecture of the software. I paid the bill. If you have full and complete healthcare coverage, by all means go to this doctor. She is wonderful and a dear to her patients. I strongly do not recommend going here if you're paying some of it out of pocket.

My refill requests for the most part are being attended to in a timely matter. The office staff was able to take my FSA (Flexible Spending Acct) card at this last appointment. They must have finally gotten that machine fixed after 3 years. My husband sees A. Pinner. The Drs office called me on Thursday and said new meds where required and a nurse would call me on Friday to explain. I received no call Friday. So, since it sounded kind of important I called on Monday and spoke to the nurse and was told very abruptly that A. Pinner was out and she would call me back Tuesday. Then when I asked her name, she replied with hers and then using my first name in a louder and rude manner (emphasizing my first name) said she would let me know Tuesday and yes she had my telephone number. I was pretty much taken aback. Sadly, this is how it goes at this office. Sometimes its good and other times its the pits... and NO, she never called Tuesday. So, tomorrow I will try again.
