You have the ability to create 3 different versions of your scent and choose what most feels like you. You can also save your scent for future use. I liked that added benefit. I am always curious as to how brands like these manage to keep their momentum as it sometimes feels like something you do once but I would definitely come again to create other products. They offer candles too as well as you can purchase premade scents. I feel like the price was very reasonable compared to other similar experiences. Definitely a must visit for a date night, girls night out, or just a relaxing end to a stressful day!

Bright black offers the perfume Workshop every Saturday from 11-5 - walk in only. We got there a little before noon, and we were able to get seated right away. The staff was super friendly and explained each part of the process. There were tons of scents to choose from to create your own perfume oil. It was $35 per person which I didn't think was bad at all! They also sell car air fresheners, lotions, and candles. Most of the fragrances of the candles have a story or meaning behind them which I thought was pretty neat! Apparently next month, they will be offering larger, alcohol based perfume workshop options. When you're done, you have the option to log your scent so that you can have it made again or even have it made into candles which is cool! We heard about Mission Bungalow from our good Ole Pal GOOGLE, after typing in the search bar, "furniture stores near me", while sitting outside Raleigh Raw Juice Bar & Cafe, eating our sushi burrito and drinking our berry smoothie. Upon completion of our lunch, Google maps, without fail, guided us to Mission Bungalow's exact location. After walking into the store, we were immediately greeted by Mark, the owner. We let Mark know that we had been doing some minor research on bedroom sets but could not find what we wanted. After listening to us describe our style and what we wanted, he began to show us their gallery. Mark was extremely kind and patient with us, especially since our indecisiveness and ADHD was in full swing, going out of his way to make sure we had what we were looking for and explaining all the different designs and styles, especially with the different woods and stains. He was straight forward and honest with the time frame at which products are being delivered and when we would expect our new furniture. We were definitely there past closing time, and really appreciated the time Mark gave us. Mission Bungalow is true to their word.
