It's a small building in Tatum with an extension that looks like its for seating but is closed currently due to the pandemic. They serve a to go menu with photos posted outside. They have daily specials too and that is what we got today: Birria de Res tacos with a bowl of consomme. We also split some tostadas with the meat being a mixture of bacon, ham, weiners and something else....I think she called them discada....maybe. So, those Birria tacos are soaked in their stew we think...look greasier than they are but still some greasy. These were good! The consommé soup with the Birria meat was tasty. We would get this again. It is not an everyday item. The tostadas were good but probably better with a different meat....still was good though. We ate at some nice picnic tables they had outside. The service was friendly. We would go back.

We were surprised that there was no wait to sit inside. I didn't see the outside patio but it must be huge. My margarita was delivered quickly from the bar. We ordered guacamole and it was perfect. It comes with two sides. I love elotes but their corn was nothing special. Should have gotten traditional rice and beans. So glad we stopped. Hope we go again soon. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is good. I want to try the lime chicken next time. But would definitely get the tacos again.

Staying in Center during the last month of April for a work trip, Tuesday rolled around so you know…read morewhat that means. Taco Tuesdays in Center, TX; who would've thought you'd see that in this area? If this was a few years ago, I probably wouldn't have found this spot due to the horrible cell service in this time. Now that cell towers have been installed within an acceptable radius of Center, YELP can help us find spots like this. Wiht the drive thru open, I figured that was the way to order. The lady taking my order got everything to me quick so I could get back to the hotel and gobble everything down. Being on an empty stomach, I did an order of breakfast tacos (Huevos con chorizo, Papas con chorizo), a bistec Sope, traditional tacos (pastor, barbocoa, tripas), and a Pambazo which is similar to a torta but with melted cheese, using the bistec. Everything was freaking delicious. The Pambazo was larger than I expected, messy, and delicious with the charred bread, lettuce, and queso fresco stuffed inside with the bistec. The tacos (breakfast and traditional) and sope had grease, tortilla softness, and savory flavors from the bites. Price-wise, all ordered were a little over $20 which is a steal these days. No doubt I'm here again for Taco Tuesdays or any day when I'm in Center. Seems the citizens of the area cherish this spot and for good reason!
