I'm itchy just thinking about it! We called a bunch of places to see if we could get in on a Monday night since we were leaving town Tuesday morning. We had been to this lice clinic many times in the past for camp check ups so I also trusted them. Our family of 5 showed up in destiny's chair at 730pm on Monday night. She declared us all lice free (phew) and even calmly managed my 14 year old daughter's outburst that she couldn't get her hair wet following her keratin. It was $100 to check the 5 of us, which was definitely worth it for the peace of mind to head on vacay lice free. Destiny also taught me a lot about lice during the process - like only 40% of people with it get itchy.
