My kids told her on our last trip there that she was their favorite doctor (and that's before she told them that they were going to get a lollipop). I'd highly recommend Dr. Nelson. She even comes in on her off days to catch up on all her emails. She's very responsive. We had an incident 2 years ago and the care she gave my child was amazing. You can definitely tell that she loves what she does and truly wants what's best for your child. She's not quick to jump on medications or anything, sometimes, it's just rest and plenty of liquids for a common cold. We have also seen Dr. Levin when Dr. Nelson wasn't available (sick call) and he's amazing as well. Melissa, the nurse is really nice (and my kids always ask her if they need to get a shot). I should say sorry for my son kicking you 3 years ago when we had to give him a shot - sorry! He's definitely got more comfortable and does not kick anymore - yay! Love everything about this practice. I just wished I could get my flu shots here too with the freezy spray!

Dr. Noble is the best!! Dr. Levin is also excellent. They are both fantastic…read more Claire Creed is the WORST doctor ever. It is too bad she is part of this practice otherwise I would give them 5 stars. She should not be practicing medicine.

She is so caring and responsive....and literally a text/call away at all times. She quickly makes you feel cared about and welcome. My family and I have been reminded consistently why we made the switch from a traditional practice. It's a must do, particularly for first-time parents!

Dr. Rappaport and her assistant, Beth, have refined the drudgery of taking a kid to the pediatrician's office by cultivating a relaxed, welcoming, and warm office setting. That approach is central to their patient care. Whether it's for a yearly check-up or a sick visit--the high standards are the same. I believe Beth typically says, "when can you come in?" It's unusual in any business, let alone medicine, to find someone who looks to accommodate my schedule. Once we are there, both Beth and Dr. Rappaport take the time to listen to our concerns. They are in no hurry; I never feel rushed or flustered that I haven't had all of my questions answered. The care is exceptional. Dr. Rappaport has a common-sense approach and impeccable medical knowledge. She's never alarming, always measured, and extremely compassionate. It's clear she is not just a doctor, but also a mother, who relates easily to her patients and their parents. In addition, she has built a marvelous rapport with my boys. She has cared for them since they were toddlers--they are now very active 8 year old twins. She's as thorough with their physical exam as she is with their mental well being; dealing with topics such as bullying. She gives them (and us) clear-cut, age appropriate advise on how to deal with it. I don't typically write reviews, but I was compelled to do so in this case. This is a different style of medicine than I have ever experienced. I'm so grateful to be a part of it, and I believe it's worth letting others know that the run to the pediatrician's office doesn't have to be a frantic, impersonal, or harried experience.

One word to describe Dr. Roma Franzia - LIFESAVER!…read more Honestly though, Dr. Franzia is an amazing doctor. She is knowledgeable, direct, comforting and a problem solver. My husband and I (first time parents) brought our six week old son to Dr. Franzia after going through two different pediatricians that provided no solutions to our problems. I called Dr. Franzia's office and was immediately set up with an appointment to see her. Within minutes of observing my son, she diagnosed him and had him on a plan to get him on the right track. My son has a milk protein allergy and acid reflux. She knew what his issues were and knew exactly how to treat them. Dr. Franzia was so positive and supportive to my family. She saw my son for the first time on a Friday and I called her crying the very next day and she was so supportive, so confident that we were doing the right thing for my son and she gave me the confidence I needed and reassured me to stick with our plan and my son would be better in no time. Dr. Franzia and her staff worked with my insurance company (we all know how annoying insurance companies are) and dealt with them to help us with prescription formula for my son because of his allergy. She wrote letters to the insurance company, answered phone call after phone call from us and them. She really goes beyond the average doctor. She is genuine and caring about children, she treats our son like she would treat her own children. I honestly can't say enough about what Dr. Franzia has done for my family. My son is a thriving, healthy, happy baby boy that melts my heart every time he smiles and I have Dr. Franzia to thank for that smile! A true heartfelt thank you Dr. Franzia from my family!

Example: my baby was born 34 weeks due to me having severe preclamspia and he caught up in weight and we went to this doctor and they told us few things- 1). It's ok to sleep with baby in bed knowing he was born premature. 2). Roma showed how to wrap baby in blanket making sure blanket wraps around baby's head so pacifier doesn't fall and said he can sleep alone this way. 3). Didn't take the risk of SIDS seriously. 4). Always annoyed when I ask questions. 5). Rushing off the phone. 6). Here's the cherry on top--- My baby was experiencing some more gas than I wanted for him and I primarily pumped breast milk and formula kendalmill cows milk. I was then told to possibly switch to goat milk which can help his gas.... I remember before the transition I was nervous and I wanted to get a protocol on HOW to transition Roma very quickly Told me to just transition him Without any transitional period. My baby was crying and screaming for hours and hours and hours and then they said it's normal .... He has to get use to it. I tried again for 3 days and again more irritated and crying longer. One night my baby couldn't stop crying for 6 hours straight. I called the emergency line (I called twice before about something else they failed to call back) and she didn't pick up I left a detailed voicemail. She then calls me back 3 hours or so later sounding very very annoyed and she said you call so much told me we were not the right fit lol can you believe that? Totally left us with no pediatrician and left us hanging. Such a rude and selfish human being. I think she cares more about her unattractive Botox than she does her patients. Thankfully we found someone ten Times better. And now she wants to charge $2k to just go to her clinic? Hilarious. She is a joke. I don't appreciate how little she truly cared about me and my son. Not to Mention --- the 1k I paid to be a patient is not returned ANd they charged me $60 for my son's records. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else.
