She's incredibly knowledgeable and even showed us exactly what she was finding. Vanessa is helping us for the first time, and she's been great as well, very thorough and helpful. I'm especially glad both of my kids can be treated at the same time, so we don't have to spend double the time here. We had used other lice removal services in the past, but both of them would do anything and everything they could to take forever (2-4 hours) combing our daughters short, shoulder length hair.
