*BEWARE***DO NOT RECOMMEND***…read more Stephen Rennells at Ozark Auto LLC spent 4 months assuring me a car we were interested in would be a safe reliable family car, surface rust free and would be put through state safety inspections. He was informed several times that we were desperate to get our two young children into a reliable family car without issues as we are a low income disability family and we're in dire need of a car we could afford. He had it worked on with several mechanics for what he claimed was suspension and subframe replacement. Assured us again it was without surface rust or issues and had passed state safety inspections. Mr. Rennells broke several laws and never had the car inspected by a Missouri state inspector. Sold us a car with concealed rust on both the frame and floor pans. With unbolted suspension pieces and bad brakes. The suspension failed and caused a minor traffic incident which lead to the discovery of rubberized paint covering severe rust rot on the cars frame and floor pans.. Several body shops have stated the car is non repairable to a standard that would be considered safe and or road worthy and yet the dealer refuses a refund despite his blatant lies of the vehicles condition, all of which are fully recorded in writing, and is insistent he did nothing wrong by using fraudulent business practices to sell us the car. He admitted in writing he didn't have the car safety inspected and claims it was legal for him to do so. The Missouri highway patrol division begs to differ as does the DMV and countless other Missouri organizations and agencies. Although asked repeatedly the dealer Stephen Rennells at Ozark Auto concealed important facts about the vehicle and lied when asked about several deciding factors in our financing the car which directly endangered the lives of our children that he was made aware would be in the vehicle for a 5 hour long drive home. Mr Rennells failed to date our contracts correctly, spell my name correctly or provide a state requirement of a safety inspection for the vehicle before the sale of the vehicle as required by Missouri state law. He also failed to sign several contracts and lied about who would hold our financing of the vehicle. It is public knowledge that there are other complaints against his business with the Missouri state attorney generals office with zero retributions having been met through their office. Do not recommend his business as he used false information on his vehicle to get us to purchase which is a fraudulent crime in the state of Missouri and in the United States as a whole and showed little care for the safety of children and families whom he directly placed into said vehicle and lied to and decieved myself and my husband who is a disabled person. The assumed level of trust a consumer is meant to have when buying used cars from a dealer instead of a private party was not even close to being met and our personal experience with this dealer at Ozark Auto is not one we would ever recommend to someone when looking for a trustworthy or reputable honest used car dealership. **Buyer beware**

i gave them a 0- due to the fact that i bought a kia soul last week on tuesday from david garmany…read moreand by thursday the oil light and engine light came on and it was knocking. took it back on friday and wanted my money back and david garmany told my grandson that the car had not been serviced or checked out in anyway and that he just needed to change the oil. i went back on monday and david told me that i could take the car to his mechanic and have it fixed at his expense. the next day i was told by the owner who's name is nowhere to be found that he was not going to do anything or pay for anything. he said the car had been serviced and was in good shape. he more or less said to bad to sad for your luck. he said get an attorney, ive been sued before. now i have contacted a lawyer, attorney generals, better business bureau, and my state rep. i was assured that there is something i can do about this issue. can't scam people like this and get by with it. he is a crook, liar, cheat and major scammer and will not be in business long. for the people that have not bought any of his junk be ware of him and david garmany, they are not honest men nor is this an honest business. i am single, disabled and did not know the difference until it was to late. if you want a car with a motor you will have to bring your own. weber motors informed me that the motor is ready to blow up at any minute. not safe for me to be on the road with it. they were appalled that any dealership would do this to anyone. i will let you all know how the lawsuit turns out. i intend to get my money back and return the owners so called car to him and let him drive it. i would tell you his name but he keeps that to himself. vivian w. IF YOU NOTICE MOST OF THESE SCAMS ARE WITH WOMEN. SAD LADIES REPORT THIS TO SOME OF THE INSTITUTIONS ABOVE DONT LET THEM GET BY WITH THIS.
