Three years ago, my transmission went out right in front of Lloyd Belt. I went to them for a rebuild. They sent my car to Warsaw, and when it came back, Delbert told me I had an unlimited miles, one year warranty on it. Not even a year later (within my warranty) it's going out to the point I can't get past second gear. I paid to have it towed up to Eldon from Camdenton so they could send it off again. Not even a year later (still within warranty), it is slipping really bad again. This time they tell me they will send it off again, but it's gonna be a different person. This time the guy (who is a different guy than the original) only unhooks my battery and shorts out two of my fuses. I know this because I didn't even get to HWY 54 before the right turn signal malfunctioned and the back drivers side tire pressure sensor told me I had 0% in the tire. As I drive it, the transmission is also still slipping. It was Friday, so I figured I would give it until Monday to correct itself. By then, it was even worse. They told me there was nothing they could do. I was just SOL. I haven't made it out of my warranty periods without having issues, so of course I wasn't gonna take that. I told Bill they would hear from my attorney, and he said that would be fine. I had to file a small claims against them, and then of course, they were all too glad to help because they knew they would lose and have to pay more than if they would just fix the car like I asked. I was also suing for tow bills, etc. They gave me a disgustingly dirty car to use that had seven air fresheners in it and it smelled like cat piss while they fixed it. They did the absolute BARE MINIMUM. They didn't fix the sensors and then they informed me I will not get another warranty on my transmission. So, since they rebuilt my transmission again, I should get the same warranty, again..... I was told absolutely not. They fixed it this time, and they won't do anything else with it. So, they want me to trust that it's fixed this time, even though it's NEVER really been fixed correctly.... Honestly, I am just done dealing with them, and that's what they count on. read more
