We asked what was wrong and were told it was a snap ring in the overdrive but their policy was to overhaul the whole thing. We took it to another mechanic who fixed it for $200. The issue was a $75 part plus labor. I question a place that would intentionally deceive an elderly lady on a fixed income for personal gain.
