Folks were coming and going well after the show started. I could be just overreacting but i hate when folks talk, make noise, etc during a concert which is what this was. The bathrooms were in full view of the stage. They should really put a partition or curtain up in front of them so viewers watching the show don't see folks coming in and out of the restrooms. Plus they just let the doors slam loudly. Nevertheless, the show was fantastic. It was a cozy venue, and it beard going to downtown Nashville!

The snacks were convenient when my son got hungry. One night, I ordered delivery to avoid going out in a threatened thunderstorm. The kitchen and dining room were very useful. Overall, there was lots of character. I suppose you could consider the broken, very out of tune piano to be a part. (The middle F key is impeded from striking strings. When you and your son are big music fans, you notice such things.)

With a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff we couldn't have had a better experience. This is a beautiful and stunningly gorgeous mansion that was owned and maintained for years by the Maney family. Although during the week days it's a self guided tour there were plenty of signs/markers in each room that explained much. Plus there was a docent who around who answered all questions and in fact offered my wife to see a video of the upstairs. Unfortunately my wife's arthritis had made it a bit difficult to climb up the stairs to see the beautiful bedrooms. We truly enjoyed our visit and my wife even purchased a pie bird in the gift shop as a memento.

They have 3 rooms that you can choose from or as we did rent them all. We were able to have the Rehearsal, Rehearsal dinner, Wedding Ceremony and Reception all in the same place. That made the day before and the day of the wedding much less hectic that is would have been running from place to place. They include tables, chairs, linens and beautiful decorating, lighting, projector, TV and sound system that can be used in some areas. When we got there the tables and chairs were already setup and ready for us, as anyone who has hosted an event knows this is a huge time saver. Becky and the staff are so accommodating from answering any questions and providing a list of people specializing in catering, flowers, cakes, rentals etc., to helping with things we had forgotten to bring the day of the wedding. Becky and Steve provided professional services and projected nothing, but positive encouraging attitude's. Remi definitely brightens everyone's day when he make an appearance. I would recommend The Warehouse and Remington house to anyone looking for a venue. No question we would happily work with them again.

As a more rustic venue there are some things you need to pitch in on and help with, but that's a fair trade-off to avoid the crazy exorbitant cost of other comparable venues. Overall it was ideal for our small/medium country vibe wedding, from the beautiful flower arrangements on the ceremony pergola to the cozy firepit at the end of the night. As a more personal venue, our guests felt at ease the whole time and it matched the less-formal, comfortable vibe we were going for. The venue owner Trish has a great attention to detail and will work alongside you to make sure everything is taken care of, and she clearly takes pride in pulling off great events. If you have some self-sufficiency, and some family/friends willing to help a bit on the day, you don't even need a separate wedding coordinator - we did just fine with just Trish's help.
