She was able to get us an appointment a couple days later and we spent just over an hour from start to finish. Our return money was delayed because of a few things on our end and she checked in with us along the way to make sure we hadn't gotten anything that she might be able to help us navigate as to why. We contracted her to handle our monthly entries for a year, but she did not complete these tasks until the following year, during her busy season. Consequently, she was unable to prepare our taxes in a timely manner, resulting in a late filing. This experience has been quite frustrating, and we will need to find a new service provider.
