I went in to get a state tax return amended, I was quoted over the phone $50.00 when I sat down at this lady's desk she quoted me $75.00 then stated she'll HONOR the quote. Also, I made errors apparently on my Federal too. I was going to have her amend the Federal as well. But throughout the process, she asked me questions about identity theft, made multiple statements that I was going to get a notice from IRS because my return was incorrect, it's like she was trying to intimidate me or scare me-her way of conducting business was just terrible-demeaning the whole time. There were other customers in there that heard the whole conversation. She sounded desperate for business and ( my insurance Agent heard the conversation) because I was on the phone when I returned to get my documents I left. She started making comments about not being able to work on my taxes if I took all this paperwork back, she got a little irritated too. The female has blond, naturally curly hair, heavy and glasses? I would not trust her for nothing.
