I got on Thumbtack and sent out a few messages and Rachel, the owner, got back to me right away. We set up a meeting the following week to get things situated with DOR. She helped me craft a letter and told me how to turn off something I registered for and didn't need to with them. She was my life saver. After all of that dust settled my husband and I ran into a hiccup with filing our taxes and my new retirement account. Since Rachel saved the day once, I knew she'd be able to do it again. She did!
