After all of that dust settled my husband and I ran into a hiccup with filing our taxes and my new retirement account. Since Rachel saved the day once, I knew she'd be able to do it again. She did! She was able to get us an appointment a couple days later and we spent just over an hour from start to finish. Our return money was delayed because of a few things on our end and she checked in with us along the way to make sure we hadn't gotten anything that she might be able to help us navigate as to why. We just received our return and couldn't be happier with how much she helped us.

Additionally, she has been late submitting our sales taxes on several occasions (never telling me and the company incurring late fees) and was late in providing our year-end reports, which necessitated filing for an extension on our taxes. We contracted her to handle our monthly entries for a year, but she did not complete these tasks until the following year, during her busy season. Consequently, she was unable to prepare our taxes in a timely manner, resulting in a late filing. This experience has been quite frustrating, and we will need to find a new service provider.
