The corporate office has stated my funds are "in progress" at one of their 3rd party facility banks that I did not enter a contractual agreement with. This is day 17. They are insisting that I continue to call numbers I've already called, instead of having ANYONE call me- as again- I have a child actively fighting for her life in the ICU- yet they refuse to do anything. I've also contacted the local offic, and they have not called back. I've filed a complaint with the Indiana attorney general, the bbb, and I will be seeking representation. I've reached out to the CEO and on various social media platforms.
