I went in to get a state tax return amended, I was quoted over the phone $50.00 when I sat down at this lady's desk she quoted me $75.00 then stated she'll HONOR the quote. Also, I made errors apparently on my Federal too. I was going to have her amend the Federal as well. But throughout the process, she asked me questions about identity theft, made multiple statements that I was going to get a notice from IRS because my return was incorrect, it's like she was trying to intimidate me or scare me-her way of conducting business was just terrible-demeaning the whole time. There were other customers in there that heard the whole conversation. She sounded desperate for business and ( my insurance Agent heard the conversation) because I was on the phone when I returned to get my documents I left. She started making comments about not being able to work on my taxes if I took all this paperwork back, she got a little irritated too. The female has blond, naturally curly hair, heavy and glasses? I would not trust her for nothing. I will also be reporting this to corporate & putting my personal information on Fraud Alert because she insisted on keeping my Personal Tax return that she printed.

After all of that dust settled my husband and I ran into a hiccup with filing our taxes and my new retirement account. Since Rachel saved the day once, I knew she'd be able to do it again. She did! She was able to get us an appointment a couple days later and we spent just over an hour from start to finish. Our return money was delayed because of a few things on our end and she checked in with us along the way to make sure we hadn't gotten anything that she might be able to help us navigate as to why. We just received our return and couldn't be happier with how much she helped us.

Additionally, she has been late submitting our sales taxes on several occasions (never telling me and the company incurring late fees) and was late in providing our year-end reports, which necessitated filing for an extension on our taxes. We contracted her to handle our monthly entries for a year, but she did not complete these tasks until the following year, during her busy season. Consequently, she was unable to prepare our taxes in a timely manner, resulting in a late filing. This experience has been quite frustrating, and we will need to find a new service provider.
