Ok, but a little disappointing. It must be difficult running a business like this and building a…read morefollowing. I got inspired by watching youtube to make a jambon buerre sandwich - supposedly a popular quick sandwich for Parisians. The sandwich is half a baguette with butter and French bistro ham. I tried searching all over for the French bistro ham with no luck. The only options were online sources with expensive shipping and/or expensive minimum order sizes. Somehow I stumbled upon MA-France nearby in Arlington and they sell jambon-buerre sandwiches. It's a small shop that sells sandwiches, pastries, and a small offering of French food products. Lots of pastries and baked goods like quiche, tarts, cookies, croissants, etc. The cheese offerings were very limited and basic. I can imagine that the cheeses that they sell are the same types and brands that they use for making sandwiches. For example, they sell President brand Brie - that you can also buy at Costco and market basket. Disappointing, but understandable because they can't afford to buy more variety and more expensive offerings without a big enough client base to buy those cheeses before they go bad. Getting back to the sandwich - it was half a baguette with some thick slices of butter and two pieces of French bistro ham. The bread was kind of dense and the crust was more chewy than crispy. I was disappointed that they didn't bother to spread the butter, but if they're not selling enough sandwiches then they're probably keeping the butter in the refrigerator - making it too difficult to spread. When I got home I fixed up the sandwich to my liking. Overall, the sandwich was okay, but not good enough to make me want to go back. At least I was able to solve my hunger for the jambon buerre sandwich.

Now it's quite underwhelming. The apricot croissant is now some smaller glorified danish that has no richness or personality. The plain croissant is quite "bready" now, whereas it used to be light and buttery. I have a sneaking suspicion that they have a different croissant supplier now. What saved this spot from a lower grade is that the pain au raisin and chausson aux pommes are passable. Also a save is that they still offer various French products, from soaps to cheeses to canned goods. I have to find a new French bakery in the area.

I love Fastachi products. However, I have had consistent problems ordering online. The only way I…read morehave been able to access orders has been to reach a person with a callback by phone. Now they have canceled that option ...no phone calls accepted/returned new policy! I made 5-6 efforts yesterday to place an order and the computer program just will not accept the information and keeps stating that I need "To follow the format,..." which I thought I was doing. I wrote to their website/email and no response. I would just forget Fastachi totally at this point, never attempt to order again, however I had discussed some options with a client who chose to receive treats from them. I don't understand why I cannot simply order online and have it go through. It has never been a possibility for me over perhaps five years trying yo order online. Never had such a problem with other vendors! They even identify on the website the l item I want, which is a variety of chocolate bark as requested by my client. But, when I double click on it, I get all the chocolate treats and I cannot find the bark. I'm very very disappointed and not sure how I will handle this. Such inconvenience and lack of customer support. They apparently have expanded their services to other stores and have what looks like a large corporate clientele. I cannot understand why they no longer accept phone calls when their system to place orders just does not work! I would love help with this particularly for this one situation and then I wouldn't bother them again and not purchase their wonderful treats as gifts. To me this seems like a very poor resolution of a problem that should not exist in 2025 with current communication possibilities via computers. I'm very upset and disappointed. Marcia Tritter

Usually I take goods home w me but today wanted to order a gift for out of state delivery. Presume the quality of the gift will be nice as usual but the staff member acted as if she had better things to do. (It was not busy at the shop, only one other customer who was being taken care of), almost asked her if she was okay, came close to walking away without completing the order. Clearly, she dislikes her job and isn't interested in customer service. It's a bad look for Fastachi. We all have bad days but this person had a serious disregard for doing her job. Makes one hesitate to return.

We walked into a space that…read morefeels like a full farm market experience, with fresh produce, bakery items, specialty foods, flowers, seasonal displays, and locally sourced products all in one place. The layout is thoughtfully arranged, and the focus is clearly on quality and presentation, making it easy to spend time browsing rather than rushing through a standard grocery run. The fresh produce is the main reason we would visit. The selection changes with the seasons, and there is always something that stands out, whether it is fruit, vegetables, or specialty items. The produce section is one of the biggest highlights, with everything arranged beautifully and a wide variety that makes shopping here feel more intentional. The bakery section is another area worth checking out, especially for breads and pastries. Items like the olive sourdough bread and seasonal baked goods are the type of things that make Wilson Farm feel more like a destination rather than just a place to buy groceries. Beyond produce, the variety is what makes the experience memorable. There are sections for meats, seafood, prepared foods, desserts, flowers, and pantry items, so it is easy to put together a full shopping trip without needing to go elsewhere. The seasonal events are also a big part of the atmosphere, especially in the fall when the pumpkin displays and decorations transform the outside of the farm into something that feels like an autumn destination. The staff were friendly and helpful during our visit, which adds to the overall experience, and the store can get busy during peak seasons, especially around fall events and weekends, so parking and navigating through the crowds may take extra patience. Prices are generally higher than a standard grocery store, but the quality and selection are what make the visit worthwhile. Wilson Farm is one of those places where grocery shopping becomes an experience. The combination of fresh food, bakery items, seasonal atmosphere, and the farm setting makes it stand out. It is a place we would visit not only for groceries but also when we want to explore and pick up something special.

I strictly purchase Authentic Korean Ginseng and this is one of the only places that I can actually walk in and have a hard time deciding what to purchase. I would say without hesitation that this place has the very best selection of authentic Korean Red Ginseng including but not limited to Tonic Gold (my top choice), Extract Powder Teas, Extract Extra and much much more. They also have a lot of men and women personal products and vitamins as well. The store is very well kept, clean, organized and stocked to the brim with Ginseng Products. I was impressed with the salesman, He was attentive and very informative. He had brochures available to the customers filled with product knowledge. I also over heard him explaining in depth to curious passersby. I purchased the 30 pack of Korean Red Ginseng Tonic Gold which cost$183.00 which is a great bargain as far as Authentic Red goes. The 30 pack comes packaged extremely conveniently. You receive 30 individual 1.35 fl. oz pouches, packed 10 to a box and the 3 boxes are then neatly placed in a larger fancy gold box which is very impressive. This Tonic has a very high concentrate of Oriental (Korean Red) Ginseng Root Extract, a whopping 4,200mg. This particular Korean Red Ginseng Tonic also includes other great extracts which is the reason I prefer this over any other. It also includes 2,000 mg of Jujube Fruit extract, 500 mg of Agaricus Blazai Extract, 215 mg of Angelica Gigas Nakai Root Extract, and 20 mg of Mojave Yucca Root Extract Powder, Bearded hedgehog Mushroom Extract Powder and Shitake Mushroom Extract Powder. So as you can see for a little over $6.00 per individual packet (1.35 fl oz) the value is easily there. I was lucky this time, as there was a promotion going on, if you spent $200.00 you would receive a small bottle of Extra Ginseng Extract worth $30.00. Since my purchase was only $183.00 i was $17.00 shy of the free gift, but they were nice enough to put it in my bag as they cashed me out. Like I said THIS PLACE IS THE BEST !!! I easily give Korean Red Ginseng a Solid 5 Stars
