After my last fiasco with the US Postal Service (lemme say, they are PICKY!) I was having nightmares about this. Then a friend recommended Lacy & Par and I can't tell you how glad they did. I called them, in a panic, mind you, and they said "No sweat, just send over what you have" and they not only cleaned up my admittedly horrible design and made it look more professional, they printed it too. Ten thousand of them! I didn't even have to deal with the address labels, folding... papercuts... NOTHING. Lacy & Par even cleaned it up our wrecked mailing lists and had our mailers in the hands of our customers ON TIME. Not only did they save me time, they saved me in Advil. And probably my job. Seriously. I'm indebted. These guys are Pros with a capital P. And now I get the honor of the first review??? I can't believe no one has sung their praises before me!

The answer they gave me is what I made sure was on site for the install. They remove my old sign and put up the new one. Guess what... the sign needs twice as much as they told me they needed. Now without a sign for my business for over a month while we work through getting proper electrical to the sign, meanwhile I am getting tons of messages from the public asking why we are out of business. Multiple emails completely ignored. Solutions offered, and then retracted. Still haven't gotten any straight answers or solutions. Plus there is absolutely zero urgency to make things right. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in any industry! So bad that I actually thought I might be on the show Punk'd for a second. Steer clear if you want to keep your sanity.
