This company came through in a pinch for us when our pool wasn't working properly and needed several repairs as well as cleaning maintenance. Carie and Michelle in the office were wonderfully kind, patient explaining what needed to be done, and quick getting us our repairs and cleanings scheduled asap. I flew in from the west coast just for the install and the morning of install at 8:45am they emailed me that they needed to push out the install out multiple days. This was not acceptable as we had guests coming and I was only in town for the day. They kept saying they would try and get out that day, but a few hours later they informed me I needed a permit prior to install which was not mentioned up until that point. That put the brakes on the project of course. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company especially if you are trying to get a project done at a specific time.

Speaking with the rep on the phone he suggested it was sputtering and I agreed that was a good description. The tech came to my home and sent an estimate. I reviewed the estimate unfamiliar with names of what needed to be fixed to correct my water flow issue. Thinking they were correcting my issue. I skimmed over the estimate trusting their expertise. The tech came to the house and started slamming the doors outside on my cage. I went outside to find out what he was doing and he explained he was changing the hardware on my pool cage doors. I immediately realized I had accepted charges for him changing the plastic cap on one pool jet and never fixed the broken one and DID NOTHING to correct the pool flow in my pool. They left plastic wrappers from materials floating in my pool. I was charged $540.00 to change hardware on my screen door and one jet added. I called to explain the issue for them to correct 3 times. The third time I was hung up on. They then sent me an email asking me to photograph what was not done. I work 12 hour days and hire a pool company to fix the issue I could not correct. I don't have time to take pictures for their benefit. They are a service business and I was completely dissatisfied with their service.I DO NOT recommend this company. Communication is clearly not their strong suit. They had the opportunity to correct and thought the consumer should have to work for them. I feel completely ripped off and will never use this service again. Buyer Beware!!!

The worst pool repair company in Central Florida! We hired them to resurface a pool and it was a…read moredisaster. They showed up to work only on the weekends, with minimal supervision from the project manager. Our contract stipulated replacement of waterline tile, as well as regrouting of the perimeter coping. They replaced the tile, replastered the pool, filled it up and forgot to re-grout the coping. After several complaints, they returned reluctantly to regrout the coping and then dropped a bunch of grout into the newly replastered and refilled pool, which took forever to clean up. The contract also specified repairing any leaking areas, and a few months later the pool started leaking again! We called and texted them for a couple of months and they kept stalling saying they were sending a leak detection expert. Finally, we hired our own expert, who detected and fixed the leak (caused by improper waterline tile installation near the skimmer opening) within a week. I contacted their project manager about reimbursement for the repair, but he refused to honor their warranty, saying it was voided because I hired my own leak detector/fixer! Stay away from this company!
