From the moment we walked in the entrance it was like we were VIP. We were greeted professionally with kindness and escorted to our table! (YES! If you go online, you can reserve a table for your group!) Immediately, the waitress was there to take our drink order and didn't scoff when we all just wanted water. All through the night, the staff watched over everyone and made sure of safety and fun. A security gentleman (Patrick, I think) randomly brought a full glass of water to my husband who was dancing so much, his shirt was wet with sweat. Patrick wanted him to stay hydrated! OK. The music! The videos! The disc jockey (whom I was told was her first night working there)! Oh my goodness! How did I not know about this place? We were there to celebrate one of my son's birthdays. WE HAD A BLAST!!!! Danced nonstop! Since I grew up in the 70's, married in the 80's it almost made me feel like I was at a disco tech. Man am I soar this morning! Best exercise ever! We'll be back!

Patrick is a wonderful host and is always there to help. Quinn is amazing at his double duty of host/security as well as his "alter ego" characters. We always feel well taken care of and safe when we are there. People are dressed casual (there is a dress code but nothing out of the ordinary), dressed up, dressed in 80's fashion, dressed in costumes....you name it. It's a great place where there is no judgement and you feel like you are dancing with an entire dance floor full of friends! I highly suggest making a reservation and the process is super easy. There is plenty of security around so you never have to worry about anyone messing with your items or your drinks. You can also move around the venue and not have to worry about losing your table. The valet staff was very quick and it's very affordable. They do not serve food however you are allowed to bring your own to the venue or even Door Dash something which is what we did! I was going to tell the people that were sitting in the chair chairs that I had to do a double take. Soon as I walked in, a woman approached me, saying that I cannot bring in my Dr Pepper in a bottle. Like I get rules and laws everything but like I was just coming in to say something I wasn't coming into the patron. I mean it was at some point, but after that encounter, the vibe was already ruined so we just kept walking.

The staff is awesome and always very friendly. Nice to have a place to hang out without having to drive all the way to Dallas or Fort Worth.

Service is fast and friendly, no doubt helped by the thin crowd. Beer selection is a smattering of macrobrews, with one or two surprised on tap. Full liquor selection for cocktails and shots also available. Overall, a lovely, quiet place to chill out and talk with friends.

When you walk in you are met with what appears to be a hot dog spot (which I have heard has awesome food but I haven't been so that will be another visit) but if you look to your left there is a green door that leads you to Cru. Once inside it's dark as most lounges are and there are no windows. The tables are more like lit up boxes that you would sit a drink on versus eating from. The staff were all great, they made suggestions and were friendly, told us if we wanted hookah that we needed to be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for them to get it together. So I asked about the bottomless mimosas and I was informed it's not technically bottomless. They bring a carafe and then you get two refills. You do get to choose between pineapple, oJ, and cranberry but they use brut so I decided on a cocktail. I also got the southern peach and she asked if I wanted vodka or whiskey which I greatly appreciated because I didn't want the vodka. I also ordered the fish and grits but I asked if the sauce could be put on the side. She told me no problem, however when my food arrived there was no sauce on the side. There also were no condiments (hot sauce, butter), some of us got our food on a pretty plastic plate and others got their food in to go containers (although we all were eating there). I got plastic silverware and no extra napkins. With all of that said, the grits were seasoned very well as was the fish.
