She booked me right away and even went out of her way to locate my insurance info. Very thankful for that! The dentist I met with was very kind and wanted to ensure I had appropriAte coverage for the work I need. I ultimately agreed, but I wish this discussion had taken place during the consultation so I could have considered the treatment and financial implications beforehand. The most concerning part of my experience occurred during my crown placement appointment on June 9. When I respectfully shared this feedback and mentioned that I had already discussed a payment plan for the additional crown with the office manager, Dr. Loeb abruptly left the room and stated that she would not cement my crowns unless payment was made in full. As a patient in the middle of treatment, with three prepared teeth awaiting final restoration, I felt scared, vulnerable, and distressed. I understand that dental practices have payment policies, but I did not expect my concerns to be met in this manner, especially after I had already been working with the office on a payment arrangement. I appreciate Dr. Roman, the office manager, and the practice owner for stepping in, resolving the situation, and allowing my treatment to be completed. However, I believe patients deserve clear communication, professionalism, and respect, especially when they are in such a vulnerable position.

I was filled with anxiety about the oral surgery I knew I had to have on March 27, but I had been in pain for more than a month. In a previous consultation Dr. Diamond explained to me what she would do to save my tooth by going in above the root canal and getting rid of the bacteria causing the infection. As she worked, she kept me apprised of what she was doing so I knew what to expect. She and her assistant gave me explicit written instructions for what to do prior and after the surgery. I followed these directions and have suffered minimal pain and swelling. I recommend her and her staff highly for their expertise and putting me at ease. The office's endodontists use laser and 3-D x-rays for root canals. These new technologies are of tremendous benefit to patients and an absolute must-criterion when choosing an endodontist: my molar root canal needed only a single session. My root canal was totally painless during (and after) the procedure. I felt utmost comfort, a blissful relaxation, relief, and happiness--as if being pampered in a spa (I may even have dozed off at one point). So I rate Dr. Kolnick and his office above the 5-star maximum in every respect: definitely "out-of-category." They are worth a trip from anywhere, in my opinion.

Gaslighted me that the earlier quote didn't exist, and also that it expired, and that I must have had other insured work done, and that I should have signed the quote, and a variety of other reasons their last-second 50% price hike was my fault. There are plenty of other good practices around, you may not want to waste hours of your time.

No cavities and no work needed. I had cracked a tooth prior which I knew about but didn't think it was serious. Well apparently it was and caused a small cavity. Dr Castanaro fixed my tooth up....despite me acting like a huge baby when he needed to numb me. He worked quickly and was gentle. Was funny and kept me entertained while he worked. We had emergency of course on holiday when most of the offices are closed and went to some hospitals and they turned us down because they were closing early. Went to urgent care dental and even though dentists is not pediatric he accepted to try to work with our son as he was in pain. All staff involved took their time to explain to my boy what they will do and how , try to relax him while talking about his favorite cartoons. I can tell you that my son is not easy to handle and he wouldn't even let them touch his mouth. Even after administering laughing gas , he was still not relaxed and Eric from reception did great job convincing him to cooperate with the team. Dr. Auguste was extremely patient and friendly, i was pleasantly surprised and overwhelmed with happiness that finally someone was able to fix his cavity. We are forever grateful that we found DR Auguste, Eric and Beatriz - they are our superheroes and we highly recommend going to this place. Be transparent about ALL possibilities before people commit. If I asked about wisdom tooth, they should have told me exactly what they stated in their reply. Pretty torn about this place. I called the day before I went in. I asked if they did wisdom teeth removal. They said yes. I then asked if they would be open on Friday because it was the day after Thanksgiving. They said yes. I was ecstatic. I go in on Friday, right when they open. The receptionist was nice. I was asked what I was in for. I explained my situation. They tell me the fees: 150 for consultation, 450 for the removal. They made me pay before the consultation and I inquired about having to pay beforehand and if the consultation was waived when the procedure is done and they mentioned there was a chance I could be referred to an oral surgeon. Immediately, I was annoyed because the lady did not tell me that over the phone. Also, I wondered if they would have told me that was a possibility if I HADN'T asked my question. It did FEEL like a cash grab. So, I then knew what this appointment was going to be like. I also read a review that said they don't do bottom wisdom teeth, which is what I had, so I was pretty certain what was going to transpire. We waited an hour before being called to the back. There was one 1 doctor and 1 tech. When I got in, the tech said they will do X-rays. He disappeared until she came in. She looked visibly confused as to why there were no x-rays, which was a fair thing to be confused about being that that was the first step. Took the pano x-ray, all to tell us ~I need an oral surgeon~. Literally, that process was 15-20 minutes. They referred me to a surgeon and gave me a prescription for ibuprofen but she also told me I could take whatever works for me. Now, let me be clear, I don't care that I need an oral surgeon. I am frustrated about the lack of transparency and effective communication. When I called, she should have told me that there is a large chance they won't do bottom wisdom teeth removals so I would need a surgeon. When I arrived, the receptionist should have immediately told me that I could be referred to an oral surgeon and not wait until I inquired about paying first/waived consultation. If this was communicated effectively, I would have had another appointment lined up for Monday with an oral surgeon. Instead, now I have to wait for Monday and my chances of getting an appointment ASAP have decreased. It was already passed 4, almost 5, on the Friday after Thanksgiving many places were closed or closing soon. Also, I overheard the receptionist mention they only take 4 insurances...??? Definitely inquire before going in there and wasting your time. It stinks because I had a friend use them and they gave a good recommendation. They had a top wisdom tooth removal which further reiterates the point of them not doing bottom wisdom teeth removal.
