Meanwhile, I now have an iconic Joshua Tree in my front yard that welcomes guests and that I can enjoy seeing bathed in our famous desert sunsets every evening. I told Scotty i sure do, can you show me where the storage container with the yellow tops was located at. Aaron was close by and he took over for Scotty, And Aaron and I heading into the direction where the containers were at. I thanked Aaron and got two containers one yellow one and a red one and headed on my way to go check out before finding so bubble wrap that I was going to need as well. I looked at the price and said I need to get this. I walked by painting and seen on of the guys that's always greeting my Sal, he's so polite and just has a great attitude thank you. I finally made my way to the check out line and was greeted by Jennifer. I scanned my items and found that the bubble wrap was ringing a different price from what I seen. Jennifer asked me where I got it from and head Over to it and said sure enough you're right and corrected the price for me. Jennifer was so polite and professional great customer service. I bought a 9' flocked Xmas tree that was on sale after Xmas of 2015. January I picked up what I…read morethought was my boxed-up tree & didn't ask to open the box to inspect it. The box wasn't opened till December of 2016 when I donated my services as a Xmas decorator to a fund-raising event. The tree & all it's decorations were to be sold. I wasn't able to sell it because I wasn't given the tree that I bought. I bought a very lush, heavily flocked tree & what I got was a cheap flocked tree with little flocking plus many lights had gone out & whoever the Storekeeper hired to rewire it used GREEN wired lights when the rest of the tree had white wire plus no lights were put on the entire lowest row of branches on the tree. I called the store several times through the year & kept being put off saying the person who handled the stored trees was out of town. In August of 2017, when the store decorates for Xmas, I reached the manager again knowing she couldn't say that she didn't have access to storage. Instead she said there were NO FLOCKED TREES IN STORAGE & I must be mistaken. I can only assume they sold my tree to someone else & refused to be honest & own their mistake. I certainly didn't get my $450 + tax back. THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!!!!!!!

A really nice sales associate checked with the manager and told us it was on promotion, so he had us bring the item up front to purchase it. When we got to the register, it would not ring up at the promotional price. The manager then came over and immediately started insisting the price was wrong and aggressively trying to prove it to us. After going back and forth, he finally said their system was wrong and claimed this was a model they never carry. The whole interaction was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. He refused to honor the price that was listed online, even though the store staff told us it was on promotion. We can literally still buy it online for the price that brought us into the store in the first place. Way to lose a customer for no reason. If your prices are wrong online, as your own staff said, and your team does not know what is on promotion, that is a management issue, not a customer issue. The sales associate was helpful, but the manager's attitude completely ruined the experience. Rude.

I didn't realize we had the option of having the candle making party in our own place - how crazy fun is that?! We booked a Saturday 11:00 am candle making private party in our Airbnb and bought some tiny bites, and setup our mimosa bar! I also bought some flowers, and played some romantic French cafe music .... it was the perfect setting. Ciarra was a wonderful teacher ... very patient! She came early and set everything up for our candle making party. I have done some candle making before with the birthday girl actually, knew a little already but learned so much from Ciarra. It was so fun smelling all the different fragrances and learning how to blend them, and learning about adding colors / blending colors... Besides being so knowledgable, she is so patient and sweet! All of our candles turned out perfectly and we all bickered as to who had the better candle lol... Even my boyfriend who tried to get out of it at first, admitted he had a good time.
