I think they are convinced that due to the prime location it's not necessary to be friendly and prompt? A good example was that when ordering another round of drinks, we had to wait 30 mins (no special orders) while some of the staff was just standing around the bar. In addition, it doesn't feel like you are welcome, they seem to be annoyed by all the guests. I've been to Cedre at their Badenerstrasse location which is much better service wise but in summer they have limited outdoor seating capacity. It was thick and creamy with a light taste and topped with a generous amount of caramel rosewater sauce. Mmm...
