First and foremost, if you are not their own "kind" meaning if you don't understand their language, be prepared to be talking to yourself and of course ripped off! I came here with the intentions of it being a smooth and easy process. I ordered my lehenga since JUNE 29, 2019. I did not receive my outfits until September 3rd. Not only did it come late, everything I had asked & designed for, was not on my outfit. The owner promised to send me sketches of my outfit as it's being made & gave me assurance that I would be apart of the design process, so I put my faith into thinking "wow that's so cool and really great", fast forward to now, I never received any sketches or updates on my outfits and I had to constantly call the owner and the sales associate several times. I did a customized outfit and picked the colors and all, when I got my outfit, the measurements were inaccurate so they had to tailor it more and also the color I chose was a shade off! That is unacceptable when I am paying for a CUSTOM piece. I got ripped off over 1k (I won't put the actual price) but it was well over 1 thousand dollars for my outfit and my fiancé's. The owner never follows up with anything and the sales associate, because of the language barrier, it was impossible to communicate throughly with her. Also they got my fiancé's shoes completely wrong. When I told the owner I'd like a discounted price since it took way too long, colors were off & the shoes weren't right he simply told me "sorry I cannot do that." As a soon to be bride and anyone else looking to purchase from here, please save yourself money and sanity. My experience here was beyond stressful and they didn't care at all. 0 stars if possible!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I really appreciated how straightforward and friendly she was. I ended up falling in love with two outfits, even though I had originally only wanted one. She body shamed the customer for not having a flat stomach and insisted that she buy a larger size despite the sample in a smaller size already being too big. Imagine bringing your younger daughter here for a prom dress or flower girl dress and having her be spoken to like this. I don't think giving customers a complex about their bodies when they are shopping for some of the happiest days in their lives is part of the David's Bridal job description. We had to get our outfits tailored multiple times which was very inconvenient for us because we're coming from far away about 2 1/2 hours to be exact.
