The doctor is great, but the staff is terrible. I have about a 10% rate of them actually answering the phone. There is a 90% chance you will leave a message instead of talking to a human being. I certainly hope you didn't have anything urgent, like a refill for a drug you need to take daily. You have better luck driving to his office. Even if you leave a message, they will not call you back. Like say, hey, I forwarded your refill to the pharmacy already. Or hey, we wanted to confirm your pharmacy details with you, even though it's the same pharmacy you've been using for three years, we won't call you to tell you what we need to proceed, certainly not leave a message with your phone or tell the pharmacy, or tell anyone, especially not actually authorize a needed refill, and if you manage to reach us two weeks later on that special one out of ten calls, yes we'll tell you that we just needed you to tell us which pharmacy to send it to AGAIN. Despite it being the same pharmacy that you've been sending it to for three goddamn years.
And oh yeah, if you needed a doctor's appointment before a refill, we won't tell you that either. We'll just not refill, not answer the phone, and not refill, not answer the phone, and not refill until you storm the office and demand to know what's up, despite multiple voicemails.
So yeah, good job Dr. Spencer Li for great bedside manner, but your staff and phone system need a heavy rework. read more
