Waited well over an hour of my appointment time for Dr Kong before he came in room to see me. Real poor management of time.

My son and I were so grateful to find Dr. Yousef Odeh!! His lung collapsed from a genetic…read morecondition, and I immediately went to the ER. With this crazy COVID-19 pandemic, I couldn't see him and had to find a great cardiothoracic surgeon to fix the problem, as we had been through this before a few years ago. I called his office, based on great online reviews, and he gratefully spoke with me, in his calm voice, and assured me that he would take great care of my son and reviewed his plan of action. So hard when a mom can't visit her son in the hospital .. and Dr. Odeh gave me his cell number, stating to call me anytime.. he even called me on his day off!! He is by far the most compassionate, caring , professional doctor we have ever had the pleasure to meet!! And a superlative human being! I know this is a long review, but Rarely does one find such a great, Approachable doctor.

Dr. Runge saved my life and is absolutely amazing at what she does! I had a condition called…read more"thoracic outlet syndrome" which caused a massive blood clot in my subclavian vein, which in turn caused me to have many pulmonary embolisms. I was in bad shape. Dr. Runge rushed into the hospital from being on call and performed the proper procedure to treat my blood clot immediately and effectively. At the time she first saw me, I had no idea what condition I had or what might've caused the clot, but it was her expertise that allowed me to get the proper diagnosis. She's incredibly smart and has a warm, calming demeanor about her. She took the time to talk with my husband in person after every procedure I had done, and also explained everything to me in person in the OR. After I was out of the hospital, she sent me info on a surgeon and physical therapist she recommended. If it weren't for her coming into work that first night I was in the ER, I'd be dead. I will forever be in debt to her!

As a new patient I arrived 15 minutes early, checked in, gave the receptionist a large package of…read morepapers that had been mailed to me, and even spoke on the phone to their insurance billing dept to make certain my insurance info was accurate. I was taken into the exam room about 10:15a which was my appointment time. After BP & etc by the nurse I began the waiting. I could hear a woman saying hello a few times as other exam room doors open & closed. At 11:20a I put on my clothes to leave, stopped at the reception desk & told the attendant that I had waited over an hour with no feedback or explanation from any staff member. She looked at me & said "oh I think you're next......what's your name again?" There was no one in the waiting room when I arrived and the office was very quiet through out the time I was there. When I walked out over an hour later there was only one person sitting in the waiting room. As I said, I could hear doors opening & closing & a woman's voice saying hello with each opening. The point is, there did not seem to be any kind of emergency. There are too many specialists available these days that make a patient a priority. It doesn't take much -- stick your head in my exam room, say you know the doctor is late, would I want to wait and oh by the way here's a magazine, or would you rather reschedule? There it is -- 20 seconds is all it would have taken to make me feel a little easier with the situation. I won't be back.
