I was on hold for an additional 16 mins before someone finally answered. I expressed to her my frustration and she dismissed it by just saying "sorry I had a question at the window. This person assured me that the office manager would be calling me back but so far it's been 4 days and no call back. I wanted the name of the original girl that placed us on hold but they refused. I'm going to be making a complaint with their patient relations department and with the Center for Health Care Quality (CDPH). Keeping patients on hold for that long is above and beyond ridiculous and should not be ok.
