Outstanding care !! Dr. Albaugh is VERY personable and makes you feel at ease. He doesn't mind questions and I believe encourages them.

I was speaking with Jesus Acevedo at scheduling, who was very polite and helpful. My new patient intake was done by phone and an appointment was scheduled. For the sake of saving time and being able to provide this office everything in advance, I received the new patient packet from Jesus by email, had it fully typed up, signed and emailed it back to this office. I also included a copy of my Blue Shield insurance card and my driver license. An email was sent to me confirming receipt. I also provided this offer with a signed Release of Records Authorization Form so that they can have access to my medical records. My doctor's office also faxed them all of my medical records to ensure they have them in their possession. I received a confirmation from this office that they were all received. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I received a call from this office stating they need to reschedule my appointment because the doctor was not in. I agreed to have it rescheduled and the new appointment was scheduled for September 26th @ 10:15 AM in their Camarillo office, located at: 3901 Las Posas Road, Suite 16, Camarillo, CA 93010. Despite the fact that all of my records were sent to them weeks ahead of my appointment, I showed up to my appointment a few minutes before the scheduled time and was greeted by Pearl. She charged my credit card $65.00 for the copay (copies attached). She also confirmed that they had everything on file and nothing was needed from me. After sitting in the front waiting area for about 40 minutes and seeing all of the other patients go in, I asked how much longer it would be because it's been quite a while and I had to go back to work. The response was: "We are waiting for the ultrasound room to become available." I stated that I was not there for an ultrasound and they seemed completely confused. I kept waiting but was not seen. Not that it makes any difference to this office or the doctor, but I am very limited with time and my time is very valuable. After an hour, I asked again and was told I could reschedule. I drove from Westlake Village and it took me over 30 minutes in traffic each way, so rescheduling was not an option, especially because I was waiting there so long for nothing. I asked to speak to the doctor or an office manager about this, but no one seemed to care nor take the time to apologize or offer any explanation. I had to ask them to finally issue a refund back to my credit card. It is a real shame and completely unacceptable for a doctor's office to treat patients this way and have no respect for them, especially being that the appointment was set up two months in advance and it was long enough of a wait. The rudeness and unprofessionalism is just appalling.

Dr Major Is an excellent surgeon, very professional and thorough. All the attending nurses in both Hospitals gave Dr Major excellent recommendations. I have been happy with his candor and diagnoses. Most recently I have been seeing Dr Major and his designated Lieutenant General, Jeanessa for a complicated wound management situation. Between her testing and treatment responsibilities, Jeanessa keeps the "office" flowing. She keeps the patients flowing through their appointments and treatments very methodically. In all of my visits to the Camarillo office, I have never had to wait beyond my appointed time to see either Jeanessa or Dr Major. I highly recommend Coastal Vascular.

With this crazy COVID-19 pandemic, I couldn't see him and had to find a great cardiothoracic surgeon to fix the problem, as we had been through this before a few years ago. I called his office, based on great online reviews, and he gratefully spoke with me, in his calm voice, and assured me that he would take great care of my son and reviewed his plan of action. So hard when a mom can't visit her son in the hospital .. and Dr. Odeh gave me his cell number, stating to call me anytime.. he even called me on his day off!! He is by far the most compassionate, caring , professional doctor we have ever had the pleasure to meet!! And a superlative human being! I know this is a long review, but Rarely does one find such a great, Approachable doctor.

Large dark spots located from her ankle up her side shins and calves. She had discussed this issue with several doctors for the past few years. No one could conclude what the issue was, even with tests. It was attributed to aging and was felt that there was nothing that could be done. However, one of the specialists to whom she was referred, suggested that she consult with yet a different specialist to investigate her veins. My mother was not able to connect with that referral, so she reached out to me to assist her. I scoured different sites and found Dr. Mohammed with the Renaissance Laser & Vein Institute. I read his reviews here on Yelp* and a medical website. I discussed him with my mother, and she agreed to meet with him. Upon arrival we found his staff to be pleasant and courteous. We were then led to his office where he took a look at my mother's legs and after observing and asking my mom several questions had a hypothesis as to what her issue was. He believed that the darkness came from dead blood pooling around her legs. He felt that her veins were damaged and functioning properly. He said that she had a good pulse and was healthy but her blood was not flowing properly back and that was what was causing the discoloration. He stated that this is a maternal hereditary condition. After, discussing this my mother did mention that my grandmother had a similar case in the past century, but they didn't know what it was. Fortunately, my mother has no daughters to whom to pass this. He recommended that he do four separate treatments to remove the "dead" veins in both legs. He said, that it isn't life-threatening to not do so, but if it isn't done it will surely lead to more severe pain in the future. He felt that this process could relieve most if not all of the pain but felt that the dark spots were irreversible. Considering her age, he wanted her to think about it before moving forward. Her biggest plus that this would be successful without major complications is that she was very healthy despite her age. She didn't have to think long. She said, "Let's do it!". We met again shortly thereafter to commence the procedure. Over the next several weeks of in-office operations to remove the veins from the front and rear of each leg, one at a time; she also met with another medical staff to check on her in between operations. They also had her walk immediately after each procedure and at least 30 minutes daily to continue to promote blood circulation throughout her legs. She also had to wear special medical tight leggings on the leg that was being cared for during the process. She did all of this diligently. It's been several months since this was all completed. She said that she felt improvement immediately with the pain diminishing, to now where her legs feel 100% better without pain. As a bonus, despite the doctor's feeling that the bruise-like marks were permanent, she is happy to have seen the discoloration improve dramatically. Far from being completely cleared but a vast improvement in appearance. We both recommend Dr. Mohammedzadeh. We found him to be patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. My mother said that he was skillful in the operating room, which only took about an hour each time. His staff were all friendly and kind to us. Starting with Arelly, at the front office who communicated with us diligently via phone calls, emails, and texts. The entire staff treated my mother with respect and acted as if she were their mom. If you are having vascular issues, then call him and get a consultation. You will be glad that you did.
