Two weeks ago I looked again, (my roof inspection drone makes it easy) and found shifted tiles and cracked tiles. This 22 year old roof looked like it was stressed. Could it have been from the massive storm? I started calling neighbors to see who they used... So, I took some drone pictures and called Arizona Roof Rescue and Alan Monzon was at my home that day. Alan got me onto the roof and offered me the choice to pick out any section of the roof and we would see what was going on. Well picture 1 & 2 is what the drone saw. Those little arrows... cracked tile.Picture A is what we found upon. removing a few tiles. Picture 3 & 4 is the condition of the roof after the tiles were removed. Yes, that is a big hole. A 4 day job by the most polite and caring crew. They made sure every inch of my property was clean at the end of the day.
