Breach of contract: buyer beware! I was amazed to read a…read morepositive review about this company! Benny took a $1,000 deposit plus $11,000 for materials for front and back deck in late 2024. The work was to be completed in spring 2025. He said he lost his employees but was soon to hire teachers in spring of 2025. That never happened. He finally completed the front deck by himself, for which we paid almost $6,000 in labor. However the steps were narrower than before and he broke the lights in the front. The back deck has never been completed although we paid a premium ($11,000) for the materials. He said his truck was stolen and left some of his tools in our garage. The tools are still there; the lights are still broken, and we are out over $8,000.00 in materials. I have never written a negative review before. Benny came highly recommended, and we saw his work on our neighbors' deck. Something must have happened to Benny. All I can say is buyer beware.
