She knows the area very well and does everything in the best interest of her clients. She also does a very good job at negotiating and going to bat for her clients. Real estate companies and agents can have a dubious reputation sometimes, but I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Realty and Susan Parker. She is very honest and always has the clients best interest.

If it were possible to rate T'Vinci Properties with a 4.99 I would do so; and after a longer…read morerelationship, I expect my rating to be 5/5. After more than a year of dealing directly with a tenant who was not the best fit, and a renovation contractor I would never use again, the T'vinci team presented me with sensible options for repairs and improvements, and brought in a tenant prepared to commit to an acceptable lease length and rate. Getting the property where it needed to be was not inexpensive...but it was well done in a timely manner, and the return I was looking for is materializing. At the same time T'vinci Properties offered the necessary guidance, property repair and representation for another unit I wished to sell. The sale was executed quickly, at a price I was pleased with. My experience to date with T'vinci Properties leads me to recommend them as both managers and agents. I have received only candid advice, and the desired results when I have followed that advice.

Do NOT rent this home. They know about it and they just cover it up with paint. Look at the outlet cover in the dining room. It's curled due to the moisture in the wall. I have pictures of what's under the kitchen floor that they knowingly covered up. They told the last tenant to run a dehumidifier 24/7 but that's not treating what's in the walls and under the house. Don't rent this house unless you want to knowingly live in mold. If they were a good landlord they would have treated this between tenants but they haven't all they care about is the $$ undoubtedly.

When a tenant has a need and something must be taken care of quickly, Sharon is always on top of it to make sure their needs are dealt with in a timely and fair manner. Money is deposited for the landlord regularly and NEVER delayed. The only reason we did not rate the company as 5 stars is that, as a landlord, there are occasions when our monthly report is delayed and requires a reminder from us to receive it. We would definitely recommend working with Jennic Property Solutions! They are one of the best around.

I've been tracking this company for decades, always admired their pedestal design. A couple of…read moretimes I've spoken with them to get prelim info: basic stuff like price range per SF, or range per specific model, just FOB their factory: no shipping, no trucking, no on-site costs. That seems like too big of an ask. Last time I talked with someone there, maybe he'd had a bad day, or maybe he was in the wrong job, but getting even that rough order of magnitude cost information out of him was like pulling teeth. He kept slipping back into what seemed like a scripted focus on how hard it is to determine costs for a *turnkey* project, not the basic out-the-door price ranges I was after. He cited off-putting large costs to prepare estimates, again throwing up barrier after barrier to my genuine interest: nope, he just couldn't help with my inquiry, everything is custom, I'd have to go through a complete estimating process, there's no sample estimates available, no-no-no-no...Why WOULDN'T they be able to easily spit out a generic estimate with some standard selection of materials, so I could get a sense of where the costs are and what options exist? I did finally teased some cost information out of him. By then, I had the sense that he'd about doubled their standard pricing in order to get rid of me. Finally hanging up after that bizarre discussion, I was dumbstruck at how offensive he had been: the opposite of what any company should want in a salesman.
