I told the plumber I needed to use the bathroom, and I LOCKED the door. Plumber burst into the bathroom while I was sitting on the toilet! WTAF?!?! I called about dead trees on the property, I emailed, called again: NOTHING. When my neighbor called a week later, they sent people to remove one dead tree, and only one. The appliances are 4th rate, like the fans in the kitchen and bathroom don't really work. They refused to put railings on the stairs. The communication with them (when they respond) is very threatening! It's been a horrible experience. He charges $200 a month for my rent to come through their portal - nothing could be more convenient for them, but they are greedy bullies. I've been an easy tenant, but he's been nothing but rude and greedy. I'm sorry I ignored the other bad reviews - which seem to disappear like his emails haha! TLDR avoid them like the plague! Which they might give you, because they refuse to wear masks in my home, despite my being disabled.

I talked to the owner, Sue Cocca, who explained the services that her company offers. Sue sent an email with ProVisions's presentation that completely explained the services that she offers to her clients. Next, I received the forms that I needed to complete for her to handle my property. After the paperwork was completed, Sue went to work. She contacted my tenants (after I let them know that she would be calling) to arrange for a walk through. Sue made recommendations to me regarding items that should be addressed to make the property more attractive to potential renters. Next she contacted service people for me to get estimates. If she received an estimate that she thought was out of line, she made additional contacts. The most important thing to me is that she found a qualified tenant to rent my property very quickly. ProVision Realty and Sue Cocca provides excellent service. She treated my property as if it were her own. If you have property that you need to rent, you would be wise to contact ProVision Realty.

Both my tenant and I were struggling and stressed. Thankfully, I found Saunders Realty! I called Saunders for assistance with interim property management and with plans to ultimately sell the home. Saunders Realty is one of the greatest companies in North Carolina that I have worked with! They were quick, efficient, friendly, and proactive in all aspects. They were responsive to my first call about rental management and were very informative about the process and conscientious about their work. They are also very tech savvy, and their online processes are a breeze, which is helpful for someone living out of state. Meanwhile, they were able to get my home prepped, listed and sold quickly and for a fair price. I am so thankful that I found Saunders - they really came to the rescue!
