I called Premier Realty to handle renting my property. The agent in charge of rental properties kept blowing me off, not returning my calls and messages. I called the owner of Premier Realty an she set an appointment for herself and the rental property agent to meet me at my property to evaluate and set up an agreement to manage renting my property. The owner was a no show..and the agent was late.. to add insult to injury, the agent was negative about my property ( which is very well kept and clean) and was pretty much not to thrilled about being there or me as a potential customer. Well, we agreed to a rental price and the agent said she had to compare it to other properties in the area ect. And left. She never called me back. I tried several times to call her at Premier Realty, left numerous voice mails, and she never returned any of them. Ok, you tell me how professional that is? By the way my house is located in a good neighborhood and the house is well maintained as previously stated. Needless to say, I will never waste my time with Premier Realty again. read more

The house we rented from them was a complete dump the SLUM Lord who owned the place never made the repairs that were promised. There were holes and rips in the carpet stains everywhere and broken cabinets. When we complained all Premier Realty would say was that he was a difficult owner, they took NO responsibility for how he ran the property. When we renewed a short six month lease we had a long discussion with them about how WE had improved the property (bought all the blinds in the house and painted it. We told them that we were moving after the six months because we had gotten jobs out of state. They KNEW we were moving we told them many times! After we moved out our SLUM LORD refused to return our deposit because fine print said we didn't give written notice. Ive been renting for almost 10 years and I've never heard of a land lord holding the ENTIRE deposit over something so minor they knew we were moving. According to our neighbors that man never makes repairs or improves the property so he is just going to pocket our money even after we improved it. This is Who Premier Realty represents.
