    Excellent Service...always prompt and ready to do whatever. Sold 3 houses with Aaron...neither on market for more than 48 hours. Amazing!

We had a brief introduction via phone which was followed up a day later with an in-home visit/walk-through. She arrived more prepared than any realtor I'd ever worked with, providing a comprehensive market analysis that included both a conservative as well a more stretching recommendation. We discussed my expectations of the process and easily agreed on a path forward. Her knowledge and command of market information single-handedly confirmed for me that I'd made the right choice with her as my realtor. She provided very specific feedback on how to prepare and declutter the home to make it suitable for photos/videos - as well shared what I should expect over the course of the next few days and weeks. Needless to say the home sold quickly and without issue and I owe the overwhelmingly positive experience to Tanya. Thank you Tanya again for your time and dedication to selling my home. I told the plumber I needed to use the bathroom, and I LOCKED the door. Plumber burst into the bathroom while I was sitting on the toilet! WTAF?!?! I called about dead trees on the property, I emailed, called again: NOTHING. When my neighbor called a week later, they sent people to remove one dead tree, and only one. The appliances are 4th rate, like the fans in the kitchen and bathroom don't really work. They refused to put railings on the stairs. The communication with them (when they respond) is very threatening! It's been a horrible experience. He reneged on my yearly lease, using disappearing emails - because he knows he's a liar and a thief. Why else would he use emails that vanish?? He knows he's a liar and a thief. He charges $200 a month for my rent to come through their portal - nothing could be more convenient for them, but they are greedy bullies. I've been an easy tenant, but he's been nothing but rude and greedy. I'm sorry I ignored the other bad reviews - which seem to disappear like his emails haha! TLDR avoid them like the plague! Which they might give you, because they refuse to wear masks in my home, despite my being disabled.

You can pay your rent easily through the online portal, which I do automatically, and anytime there has been a problem, they've sent someone to fix it right away. The staff at the office have always been friendly, and the apartments are definitely on the lower end of cost for what they offer.

The woman on the right her name Claire from the corporate office. Has come to our home and told us what we were doing with the constant reports is unacceptable when we don't feel safe, and we've been harassed, gone to the ER over a safety hazard the office did nothing for. Broken lease/tenant/landlord/ and lease agreement over their own written rules. But because I'm Asian it's okay? DO NOT GO TO THIS RACIST PROPERTY!

The water quality is absolutely horrible here. Lawn care hits the corner of my building every single time they mow, at 7:30 am. Packages have not been delivered or the office didn't tell me a package was delivered until weeks later- resulting in me having to pay for certain things that were "try before you buy." I can hear all of my neighbors steps upstairs as well as dogs barking throughout the building due to poor insulation & just a crappy build. I have never heard foot steps from my other apartments like I can this one. I can hear every step my neighbor takes. I have also had a dog attack my two dogs due to not being properly leashed, or leashed at all. I spoke to the office about it and they said they would handle it, yet the man still lets his dog do it's thing. I have two dogs and it seems as though I'm one of the very few that pick up after their animals, and now someone has spilled cat litter and cat feces all down the stair case, as well as the concrete for people to just step in and drag into their apartments. Children have also been exposed to cat feces and litter. I have called maintenance for 3 days in a row now and all they can tell me is they have had maintenance emergencies. FECES IS AN EMERGENCY. long story short, don't pay $1600+ per month to have such a crappy property. I lived at their sister property for 3 years and while these have granite, the sister property handled every situation much better & the office staff were a lot more present and accommodating.

I was in North Carolina for 10 days and from Seattle Washington and towards the end of my trip and I was disappointed with the Realtors I have been working with since they weren't coming up with anything. They were just giving me a list to sort through. When I reached out to Dave regarding only one property he was happy to get me information and also suggested to other properties he found based on what I was hoping for. I met him the next morning and we went to see only two properties and I made an offer on the second one. I've returned to Seattle and now we're just waiting for the construction to be completed. He really heard me when I was telling him what I was hoping for and he really did his best to get that dream house for me. It's my first house. And we're relocating from Seattle to Walnut Cove since it's only approximately 30 miles to Greensboro and Winston-Salem for employment options. Very kind, funny, and authentic person. Can't go wrong with him I highly recommend him. Sept 24, 2018 Update: He helped us beyond expectations. During our loan process there were some hiccups and our realtor was able to help us... help the bank since the banker was still new at his job. Dave kept in contact with us on a regular basis and was always in a good mood . And the day of our walkthrough he even fixed our garage door. He knew it was the sensors that were off. I will be using him again to buy some land. Very nice man.
