After checking LGP's reviews and since it was a family business I was confident they would do a good job. That was NOT the case. Paul gave me a quote that changed when his father (Sam) saw the thickness of the concrete in the garage they were to remove. Sam would not give me a price just saying he would have to charge a "little bit more" Ended up being 1000.
After the job was done the concrete added to the front pad of the garage had a brown stain from the form that was used I believe. I was told that will go away. The floor showed cracks within days of the completion. When I asked about that I was told " It will never be as bad as your old one" I have tried for over a year to get Paul to come back and look at it but each time is "we are so busy" my last attempt was on Oct 2, 2023. Am still waiting. If using this company I would suggest you look at some of their work. There are other companies out there that would stand behind their work.
