I had never been through this process before and Kim offered to help me with any advice I wanted, even if I didn't choose Premier Exteriors to do the work. There were many little things that I needed clarity on and Kim happily offered me information. The company that did the original insurance appraisal never did call me to follow up and see if I wanted them to do the work. I began to feel very confident in what Premier Exterior Solutions had to offer so I asked Kim for an estimate. Roger came to my house and did many measurements and advised me that he would get a completed estimate to me within a day or two. Roger was sure that the original estimate for siding was way off and that the original estimator had not included one side of the house. Roger and Kim worked at getting an Eagle View to substantiate Roger's findings and sent the updated estimate figures to the insurance company. Once the new numbers were agreed upon by the insurance company, Roger came and spent time explaining the different shingles and siding colors and options available to me. I decided on what I wanted and the material were ordered. As soon as the materials were in, workers came to my house and did the roof first, then the siding and then the gutters. Every worker was conscientious and respectful. The roofers laid out tarps all around the house while they worked on the shingles. At the end of the day, all the tarps and equipment was put away. There was never a mess left when the workers weren't there working. Every worker did an outstanding job and my house looks great! Throughout the entire process, Kim and Roger kept me up to date on the timelines for the work. I always felt I knew what was happening. I highly recommend Premier Exteriors for any exterior work!!!

Roofing originally contracted with Rush Roofing through builder. After hail damage left with…read morePerforated paper. Insurance pissed. But I had them replace the whole roof and used a membrane over entire roof. Now shingles are just for show really. Rush credited credited me back for items not installed when home built. Owner/manager attended to sort out issues and have been happy with roof coming on 10 years. Easy to work with. In photo you see that shingles not staggered properly but really a cosmetic item. Reviews are important. If you put a membrane over your whole roof it will never leak even after the shingles give out. Everyone says not necessarily; but, I will have the best roof even after I am done.

They were professional, courteous and communicative throughout the entire process. Years later in spring of 2021 a windstorm blew off some of the siding and the fascia. One phone call to their Service project Coordinator, Allison Hillaby is all it took to get some action. They held to their guarantee and workmanship from six years ago with absolutely no qualms or resistance. Therefore, I am happy to post a review and understand why they have such great online presence. If I could give them a 7 out of 5 stars, I would!

this company Fowled up my flat roof when applying the metal cap. they torched it. of course I…read morehave had a lot of condensation under the metal showing on my ceiling. it is costing me $1400 to fix the problem now and install roof vents. first Hubbard did a cold application when it was too freezing to use the glue then next spring instead of redoing the whole roof they torched patches if it and torched under the metal cap. their guy came and didn't bother to do anything to fix the condensation problem either. lousy work by their contractors who did not know what the hell they were doing!!!

After two weeks and more leaking and phone calls, we were finally told they were 10 days behind on getting quotes out! Let alone the service. I then emailed Chris directly on July 21st, and as of July 23rd, no response. I understand roofers are extremely busy with this wet summer. However, why jump to an on-site quote when they obviously don't have the manpower to even follow up. Meanwhile, my home is still leaking. I've lost three weeks waiting for them.

Was driving up pegan trail and the hitch snapped and disconnected from my truck. Called them and told them what was going on. They did come and pick up the trailer. Told me to make out a statement so I did. As it did damage my rear bumper. And also go get a quote for the bumper. 2 months pass and the dont answer or reply to my texts When chris and Joanna arrived they were bolth intoxicated on hard drugs and alcohol. Jee had to come back with another young man, so this was a two day adventure BTW. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! As new owners, I feared you'd tell me sorry, but no, you did not. This table was bought Nov. 2019, and the previous owners sent someone out May 2022, leaving replacement rails in case what he did didn't fix it. Now hopefully it has been rectified properly.
