All of the work was performed to the highest level and Elisabeth and Derek even went over and above the scope of their work to advocate for us with the rep of our roof tile manufacturer when Derek spotted something that he didn't think was right. Communication was excellent and they fufilled all of their promises. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to everyone.

The work has been ongoing for 7 months now and is still unfinished. I don't just mean the claim started 7 months ago, I mean the work started 7 months ago... An entire home can be built in less time. Hail damage required a complete replacement of siding and roof. At first everything went smoothly, with work beginning quickly on the roof. It fell apart when the team of only two people showed up to do the siding which took more than two weeks to do the job and left a complete disaster of a mess behind them. The two individuals were very unprofessional, always disgruntled with their work, swearing away and pissing on my house when there's a convenience store less than a block away. Garbage everywhere (roofing nails, siding nails, and siding scraps) that stayed there for two months before cleanup. Much of the garbage has been overgrown by my lawn and is still buried there now. 90% of the J-channel is extremely wavy and needs to be re-done. Jagged cuts and crooked pieces of siding are all over. Improperly installed siding panel with nails driven through the face. To make matters worse, I must of had about 5 or 6 requests from the owner himself to sign off on the completion form before work had even been completed. The owner spits out so much BULL that I actually signed off the first time. The insurance company had to put a stop payment because the work wasn't even completed. Inspection of my roof revealed numerous nails protruding through the shingles above them, and also all of the 20 holes left behind by the attachments they installed for the siding scaffolds. One of the sides of my roof had the shingles barely flush with the edge, causing water to run down the facia. I was told 3 times that there is no problem in that area, and only after involving the insurance company, did SDH finally take any action to repair the water problem by installing drip lip all around the house, rather than fixing the shingles. All holes are still there even after a worker showed up twice to fix the roof. No idea what he was doing up there... SDH showed up four separate times to try to rectify the problems. During the first visit the worker actually tried blaming the mess on me. He actually told me I shouldn't have touched the window that was replaced because now it's really hard to fix. I hadn't touched anything. The second visit was a complete joke and the worker didn't even know what needed to be done as he was asking me what to do (asking me to come up on the roof to show him where the holes were). The third visit left the house looking worse than it did before, with jagged cuts and crooked re-installations. The last visit took the cake as only a single worker showed up and I then saw it was one of the original workers that made the mess in the first place. He left after only an hour of work, leaving behind 90% of the deficiencies which were either worse than before or left unchanged completely. I've since booted them off the job. Moral of the story: Do your research because your insurance company won't. Always chose a company with numerous reviews and chose roofing companies for roofs and siding/exterior companies for your exterior.

After arguing about this she agreed to send someone to fix it. She said she would message me or call me within two days to set it up. Haven't heard from her in weeks.
