I had them repair both my brick chimneys and the new work blends in with the original brickwork with a consistent look. The other factor in my decision is that they communicate with you as the customer and the neighbours to advise what is going on. I was able to work from home in the next room and only a couple of times did I hear any noise that might have prevented me from being on a call. In addition our suggested placement of the windows would have made it look bad from the outside and Dale wanted to confirm the placement. After he pointed it out it made total sense and I'm glad we didn't discover after the fact the window should have been over 1/2 a foot after it was installed!
