Twice now LGM has not arrived on time causing us to miss multiple appointments!! We did have a couple rides a year ago that were very good but now it seems as if they are hiring drivers that do not know where they are going or familiar with GPS. I no longer trust this company for rides. Hopefully they get their act together and return to the standards I remember. read more

Attempted to use this transportation company twice to take my mother to medical appointments. The first time the driver was an hour late and the second time he was 35 minutes late. Both times I ended up taking my mother to her appointments even though I have no training in transferring her from the wheelchair to my car. Very unprofessional. read more

This is a great company with a very friendly staff. Very professional, respectful and courteous! Highly recommended!

LGM is one of the worst medical taxis. Most of their vehicles are over 10 years old, have rust, between 300,000 and 500,000 miles, have exhaust fumes coming into the car, and are not comfortable. The dispatcher as well as the owner are rude. Most of the drivers are ok, but they only pay them $16 an hr, so the best drivers leave after a few months. They are almost always late and I've missed appointments because of it. I will never use them again. read more

I will never use this company again. I waited at my doctors office for almost 3 hours. Waiting to go back home.

I previously reviewed this company a few months ago. I did have a few good rides with them until this week. Here is the complaint I submitted to MAS about this company. Date: 08/01/2022 Time: 2:00pm Inv#1222864140 I had an appointment at 2pm on Monday, Aug 1, 2022 at my primary doctor's office. LGM Transport Arrived an hour early- which is better than not at all, and dropped me off in front of the building and waited while I went inside to check in. After my appointment, I walked next door to Save a Lot to grab some groceries while I waited for my ride home. When I was done, I walked back over to the doctor's office and my ride arrived shortly thereafter. As I went to open the car door, the driver looked at me and laughed. He said, "You can't bring that (referring to my bags) in here." I was confused. "Why not?" He replied, "Its not allowed. It's a liability issue." What?! I had never heard that before. I wasn't bringing any additional passengers. He didn't have to pick me up anywhere other than where he dropped me off. There was nothing required from him other than to drive me home. He refused and drove off, leaving me stranded in the heat. I got the impression that he thought since I could walk to the store, I could walk home. I had no choice but to take a Lyft home. I spent $10 I couldn't spare, on a ride that should have been provided. In the past 3 years of using the Medicaid cab service, no one has ever told me that I could not take bags home with me... even other drivers from LGM have not only taken me home, they have helped with the bags! The cab service can drive addicts to get high (methadone), but I can't get a ride home because I shopped AFTER my appointment? What is wrong with this picture? Am I supposed to just sit there and wait 3 hours until a driver arrives? I may be on disability, but that doesn't mean I want to spend my day waiting for a ride. LGM Transport should NOT be paid in full for my ride that day. They did 1/2 the job, they get 1/2 the pay. They should also be penalized for leaving me stranded. In fact, they should reimburse me for the Lyft ride home. But, as always, no one reads these things and nothing will be done. read more

these people never show up when they are placed for a medical transportation I've tried to use them multiple times and yet they never show up they are not worth the time to use they are also very rude on the phone i do not believe Medicaid should be paying them when they cannot do their jobs and they never show up read more
