Worst medical transportation company I have EVER used. Driver was supposed to pick me up at 12:30…read morefor a 1:30 appointment, he didn't get there until 1:15. I got to my appointment at 1:50 and I was so late that the doctor wouldn't see me and forced me to reschedule. Then I spent the next 3 and a half hours trying to get my return ride. I called Wescare themselves 6 times, none were answered and none of my voicemails were returned either. I tried to call my driver. Also didn't answer. I ended up having to call the government agency in charge of medical transport 6 separate times, every time they would call Wescare who answered that they were "on route, 10-15 minutes away". They said they were "on route, 10-15 minutes away" from 2:30 until I was finally picked up at 5:30. 5 hour 45 minute total trip time for an appointment that I didn't even get to have because the driver made me so ridiculously late that it was cancelled.
