I HIGHLY recommend DJIB Transportation to everyone who has asked for a good medical taxi service. It's owned and operated by a young man, who has 3 adorable babies, and a sweet wife that he is trying to provide for. When NYS Medicaid changed the rules in july 2023,, so you cannot choose your own company for daily appointments like therapy, addiction treatment, etc , I sincerely cried. It also allowed large taxi companies to underbid the cost of trips, which either put small companies completely out of business's, or chopped their income 75% or more. And the companies they make daily riders go with now, are abysmal compared to Djib transportation. As well as drama, drug filled, late, inconsistent and unsafe. Ty Nys Medicaid/Medicare for the ruin and loss of livelihoods to many ppl and families, and exposure to drug use, sale, and activity. I still use Djib for primary care, dentist, etc appointments, and always will. I'd give anything to go back to DJIB daily. Do yourself and a sweet young family a favor, and use DJIB every time you need a medical taxi!!

I am also concerned about the unprofessional behavior I have experienced. Deanna has repeatedly spoken to me in a scolding and disrespectful manner, which is inappropriate. In addition, Ryan has failed to return my calls or respond to my concerns despite multiple attempts to contact him by phone and in person. They always verify with me if it is ok to text, mail, leave a voicemail. I appreciate that. I have been a long time patient of Evergreen and do not trust my care with anyone else. From primary care staff, specialty care staff, to pharmacy services personnel, all physicians and nurses, and all other employees including those behind the scene, I watched them grow from a small one doctor practice into an awesome large revamped multi-specialty building still treating the same community....and then even more.
