Do not do business with this company. I placed an order with them on Gunbroker.com and they cancelled the order b/c who ever posted the item entered the wrong price. They would not honor the price. Its been over a week since they would start the refund process but haven't seen it yet. I let Gunbroker.com know what was happening and they won't get involved. Just leave a negative review was their answer. They will still allow LG Outdoors to sell on their website even though they have so many negative reviews. I requested a return and refund, and the item was delivered to their warehouse two months ago, but I still haven't received my refund to this day. Invoice # 980705 order was place on 2/7/2025 and card was charged on 2/14/2025. Just received 2 out of the 3 on 3/18/2025. The 3rd item I still have no idea where it is, no tracking number no email response. What I am missing is the Peirce grip extension. The only reason I ordered Direct from LG was that Gun Broker was going to charge me 3 freight charges from the same place which would have been more than the parts cost. Not a happy camper. BUYER BE WARNED!!! I ordered an item that they clearly listed in stock and I had to discover that it wasn't. I requested a return. They said it would take up to 30 days. Nowhere in the fine print of the terms that I agreed to, did it say this. Be prepared to not get your money back. What they did do on their first response was threaten me that I would have to go to Alabama to go to court in their state if I called my credit card to do a charge back. WOW! I have never had that response before from any company I have ever bought before. This same thing is happening to many many customers as I have read many reviews. They are criminals as far as I am concerned. To me, fraud is being committed as they are using your hard earned money for 30 days (times all the others) to earn interest in their bank account. Ordered a bench vise on 12/25/24, #978307, they had 28 in stock when ordered. After ordering it went into backorder and no word for months. Requested money back on 3/12/25, they said it would take 2 to 3 days. Still refusing to refund my money as of 5/7/25. This is fraud. read more

Attempted to purchase from these jokers. After waiting for over 3 weeks to get a shipment confirmation, I get the runaround about how they cannot ship over X amount per day. They get argumentative and then put off shipping until the last "legal" day they can. As was stated by another review, they want you to cancel the order so they can keep up to 50% of the cost just because it's your fault the order was cancelled. Complete disregard for customer service. When you call to ask about your order is a complete cluster - from not sure if the inventory is here to it's shipping tomorrow. Whoever runs the inventory for this group really needs to learn how the ordering system works as this BAITING program of having inventory and charging my card is unacceptable. Place a order online and then call to confirm the inventory - 3 day later call to get shipping info and was told it would be shipping from the Tennessee warehouse today. Five days later they have no inventory as stated online and the charge to my card is waiting 10 to 14 days to fall off. Over the past 3 months I have placed three separate ammunition orders with this company. In each case I ordered ammunition that THEY advertised, and THEY claimed to have in stock. That said, I've never had an order actually filled. In one case after accepting my order and charging my card they emailed me and said they didn't have the ammo anymore. In the other 2 cases after I ordered the ammo which they had said that they had in stock, they subsequently said that the ammo was back ordered, and they gave no indication of when and even if they could fill my order. read more

Purchased from LG Enterprises/LG Outdoors via Amazon. These a$$bites are liars and thieves! First they don't tell you they are NOT Prime sellers to we had to PAY TO RETURN a pair of hunting boots - NEARLY $50. Then these liars said we returned used boots - a flat-out lie. They charged a 50% (50%!) restocking fee that amounted to nearly $100 to return ONE pair of boots. Challenged their restocking fee with Amazon and after a month Amazon stood behind their A-Z Guarantee and finally refunded our restocking fee. Amazon claims they will not work with a third-party seller after a complaint like this. We hope these robbers are banned from Amazon forever. read more

I Made a purchase of an miss priced item. They cancelled my order and refused to honor the price they offered this particular item for. A reputable company would have "honored" the advertised price, then changed it. Their customer service was contacted, they were polite, but still hung up on me without resolution.
