Not only are we really happy with the end product, the process of working with Gene and his team during the design phase was fantastic. They were very flexible and patient when it came to hearing out design ideas and also incorporating changes along the way. They had a great attention to detail. For example they installed under ground pipes to account for the grade and possible drainage issues we would have had if they had just come in and dropped in the concrete. They also took in to account future irrigation and lighting installs and made the appropriate design mods to allow of access. He came out the next day to have a look and recommended capping the existing concrete as the quickest and most affordable option. He wasn't the cheapest quote, but he had good suggestions for improving the look, the leveling, and drainage which was also important for us. He and his crew came out the next week and finished the job in a day. It looks great (we get compliments), it's all usable space now and it drains much better. I'd give five stars, but he left his blower at home and so left our furniture and other things covered in concrete dust from a little demo they had to do.
