When I got in touch with them, the owner, Juan, was quick to set up an estimate appointment. The price they quoted was quite fair. Juan recommended adding an overlay over the existing concrete to make sure the cracks don't show through. This really helped make the stain look consistent and smooth. Plus, Juan went the extra mile to find the right stain color that matches our neighbors and HOA rules. Juan and his team are incredibly dedicated, thorough, and pay close attention to detail. They did an amazing job on our driveway concrete project, and I can't recommend them enough.

Juan and Christian were an incredible team--punctual, professional, and genuinely great to work with. Their prices are competitive as well! The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and both guys were courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. The final result is exactly what we hoped for--and then some. We're already planning to bring them back for another project. I called Juan to see what our options were for making it more attractive and usable. He came out the next day to have a look and recommended capping the existing concrete as the quickest and most affordable option. He wasn't the cheapest quote, but he had good suggestions for improving the look, the leveling, and drainage which was also important for us. He and his crew came out the next week and finished the job in a day. It looks great (we get compliments), it's all usable space now and it drains much better. I'd give five stars, but he left his blower at home and so left our furniture and other things covered in concrete dust from a little demo they had to do. That said, I would recommend you get a quote from Juan if you need concrete work.

Ben came over, helped me with the finances, talked me through the process and most importantly calmed my nerves. After two visits, I agreed on the terms, conditions, contract and went for it. They delivered what they promised. All interactions that I experienced was professional, courteous and made me feel like a valued customer. I had my deck rebuilt from scratch and it turned out beautiful and I now can enjoy a very special place that holds memories close to my heart and create more memories that makes a house into a home.

Backstory: After being burned by our previous GC who…read moreabandoned and stole our money on a large Home Expansion and Casita new-build, I assumed the enormous responsibility as a "learn as you go" GC to get the job done for my family and find my own subs. Bid Process: I inquired about five concrete/foundation company bids and while price was important, we also knew we wanted someone that would be: - Extremely reponsive - Help us trouble shoot items we may not be aware of - Take pride in their work and this they serve - Owner inspects the work of his workers (better yet if they are there at each phase) - A small business and not just a large company that may treat the job as just that...a job. Our experience thus far with Max (the owner along with his wife Nicole) has met and exceeded all of the above. While they were not the cheapest bid they were BY FAR the BEST VALUE with all the extra guidance, support, and attention to detail Max has provided. I also love that Max is easy to talk to and has a lot of experience which he love sharing in an educational way. Another huge difference we encountered in the bid process is that Max's bid came with footing recommendation (if you don't have plans) and his bid was way more detailed in the scope of work that would be completed. Way more professional than emails or standard invoice with a price on it...(come on "other guys") We can't wait to post some finished pictures but wanted to share how happy we are with them. We highly recommend ACS Concrete to anyone else who may be wanting a similar experience. Finished work: TBD (will post when done)

Not only are we really happy with the end product, the process of working with Gene and his team during the design phase was fantastic. They were very flexible and patient when it came to hearing out design ideas and also incorporating changes along the way. They had a great attention to detail. For example they installed under ground pipes to account for the grade and possible drainage issues we would have had if they had just come in and dropped in the concrete. They also took in to account future irrigation and lighting installs and made the appropriate design mods to allow of access. I would highly recommend Gene and his team, and will absolutely use them again if the occasion should arise.

It was very refreshing, since most homeowners nightmare is that projects remain unfinished. The final product by Patterned Concrete is awesome. We are so happy we went with them.
