I cannot say enough wonderful things about HomePro Restoration. We had a pipe burst in the…read morefoundation of our house, ultimately needing to dig up and replace our entire first floor. In an extremely stressful situation, they stepped in and helped get everything cleaned up and submitted to our insurance company. Once work began, Gabe and his team were at our house every day on time. The team was respectful to our house and knew what they were doing. When other issues popped up, unrelated to the original scope of work, HomePro was able to take on the additional repairs. Even after our entire job was completed and paid for, we had a minor issue and they were here the next day to make the fixes. Matt was easy to work with and always took my phone calls and texts, even at off hours or weekends. HomePro Restoration is reliable, skilled, and easy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend them and would use them again.

Throughout, Mike was deeply knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to work with. Just one more bit of praise: While walking the property for the inspection, Mike also noticed a number of issues that our home inspector completely missed and pointed them out to me. This was super helpful to us as we prepared to take ownership, and also a testament to his expertise in the field!

Very disappointed with this estate liquidator. The auction manager I dealt with was Michael…read moreEsteves. Their listings have almost no useful descriptions - just "as-is" disclaimers with little to no real condition details. I tried texting/calling/emailing with simple questions about an item and got zero response for like a week. I also accidentally placed a bid, then realized the condition was worse than it looked, and they completely ghosted my request to cancel. I honestly don't understand how estates can trust them to liquidate valuable items when they won't communicate and won't properly describe what they're selling. No other estate auction company I've dealt with operates this way, most provide clear, detailed descriptions and condition notes. It's also no surprise their auctions have very low bidding activity and they keep extending the deadline. On top of that, their 19% buyer's premium is ridiculous. Most reputable companies charge 18%, and at least they provide solid descriptions and properly represent items. This company doesn't even do the basics, yet expects people to pay more. The extra 1% barely makes a difference for them financially, but it says a lot about how cheap and poorly run this operation is. I would not recommend their service, and bidders should be extremely careful.
