The sent me an invoice dated May 13, 2026, and charged me for a balance on the CT which I did agree that I owed. They also charged me for a balance owed on the mammogram which should be covered in full. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told that someone would get back to me, three week and another call later no one ever did. So, I paid the balance on the CT and wrote a letter and sent it cetrified. Stating I would not pay the balance of the mammogram because I did not owe it and I can't appeal to the insurance because they took 8 1/2 months to bill me and I no longer have that insurance. They now have sent me to collections. If they can't do their billing correctly and timely are the test results accurate??????????????

Meanwhile, the clock is ticking almost 30 minutes past your appointment time. I asked a few people there when is their appointment time was scheduled. They all said the same as mine. So six of us were scheduled for 1:30pm. That did it for me. I asked for my paperwork back and left. This place is ridiculous! I called to find out the times which weren't listed on the online calendar. I spoke to an Alana. She was abrupt, rude, interruptive, contradicted me repeatedly, and condescending. I was only calling to find out what time I should come in, she insisted I could "SEE the time on the calendar", until she finally checked it herself. When she realized the times weren't posted, she was even angrier and said; "Fine. I'll give you ALL the times." I thanked her and hung up. I'll search for another center. With the negative energy and ugliness that poured out of that woman, just over the phone to a new customer, who would want to go there?

Hospice liaison said "he is not ready for Hospice". Gave us brochures and went on her way. Husband was moved to Encompass, I did not feel he was ready for rehab, that night Encompass called me moving him back to Martin South hospital he was not doing well. Martin South called me that night and were sending him to Martin North for critical care. Next AM I went to hospital he was not doing well, was treated for several days they moved him out of critical care. My intuition thought they made a mistake; I was with him every day he was in the hospital watching his body slowly going into giving up. After couple days I said stop with the massive poking of needles, trying to draw blood and he is in pain. I left that evening he was going to sleep he said goodbye love you, he had always said goodnight. I prayed for him; I knew that would be the last of his pain. That morning he was in coma they moved him to a private room and then called hospice I said ok maybe they will learn something from this. We all said our goodbyes he passed away that evening. Now hospice wants to help us with our grieving, I went through the hardest time of my life. Don't believe the rosy picture they paint! Maybe a big $ donner helps with the fancy brochures but not hospice care. God took care of my husband and will take care of me.
