They ask for your insurance information and driver's license. The secretary squints at your insurance card, makes a face, like she's never seen one before. I would have laughed if I wasn't in pain. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking almost 30 minutes past your appointment time. I asked a few people there when is their appointment time was scheduled. They all said the same as mine. So six of us were scheduled for 1:30pm. That did it for me. I asked for my paperwork back and left. This place is ridiculous! So I wasn't sure about what to expect. This facility is very clean and every technique used to prepare for my planned procedure was performed implementing strict sterilization guidelines. Both staff members made me feel at ease and clearly were very adept in their abilities to draw blood and execute the pre- screening steps. I have had this procedure done in an outpatient well renowned hospital facility and there was no difference. The phlebotomist was excellent and very efficient with the needle insertion. It was an overall pleasant experience considering my procedure was for therapeutic purposes.

The sent me an invoice dated May 13, 2026, and charged me for a balance on the CT which I did agree that I owed. They also charged me for a balance owed on the mammogram which should be covered in full. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told that someone would get back to me, three week and another call later no one ever did. So, I paid the balance on the CT and wrote a letter and sent it cetrified. Stating I would not pay the balance of the mammogram because I did not owe it and I can't appeal to the insurance because they took 8 1/2 months to bill me and I no longer have that insurance. They now have sent me to collections. If they can't do their billing correctly and timely are the test results accurate??????????????
